I clicked on their website and found it to be professional and well organized. This led to two recent experiences. 1) We had a leak in the ceiling of our second-floor bathroom. Turns out the plumber said we have a leak in the roof around the plumbing ventilation pipe. It was going to start snowing in a couple of days and we were worried the leak would get worse. A worker from Tim's came out the very next day and did an excellent repair job at a reasonable price. 2) I was so happy with the timeliness and quality of their work on my house that I used them for a repair job on my mother's roof. The estimate was free and given by an onsite crew led by George. He clearly explained what needed to be fixed to stop any leaks and the process of how they would do it. I felt the price to be fair. By early the next week, he and his crew completed the repairs and even took before and after pictures so I could show my mother exactly what they were doing/repairing.
