I found out about this salon via TikTok and so I've went to this nail shop twice now. First time I had a tech named Ben who was amazing(he did the brown set) second time I came back I found out Ben is on vacation so they give me a new tech named Long, my experience with him was terrible! My nails were messed up soon as I left the salon, I called the next day to ask can income back in. I returned Monday and they gave me the same tech name along he was so rude this time and so was the girl standing next to him! I was visiting the east coast for a wedding and I only had time to do my toes but not my hands so I was looking for a place, the bride recommended this place and it did NOT disappoint! I had my appointment on Saturday 9/1/24 at 5 but my husband and I got stuck in NY visiting The Edge so I called to see if I could reschedule to Sunday noon, they rescheduled with no problem. The person that was originally supposed to do my nails didn't want to do them cause I wanted something 'simple' with no design (plain dip powder) so she shoved me unto someone else, which I was more than happy with because he did a PHENOMENAL job, I was so happy with his customer service. I've tried 3 times and I really don't know how this place gets good reviews. I got an inexperienced tech or one who rushed and was not paying attention to uneven nail lengths or straightness of nail. They try to say they can't do designs unless I got gel, I wanted a simple design I've gotten elsewhere with traditional polish. The atmosphere is unrelaxing with techs or their children running or yelling through the salon. 3 times was not a charm! read more

Just moved to Lansdale and wow this place great. Facility is clean. Service is great. Employees are very welcoming and made sure I had a relaxing experience. This nail spa has so many different nail colors and designs it was hard to choose but Kent and all the employees are always willing to make suggestions as well. They also have a few different spa pedicures that I can't wait to try. Next time I will try a spa pedicure. LOVE LOVE that they have little pedicure stations for younger children which I thought was super cute! Can't wait to take my little cousin here to get a pedicure done with me. I came here on a weekend afternoon when they only had a couple customers so I was very happy that I wouldn't have a long wait. I should of known why there wasn't a lot of customers.... An older woman in the back did my nails. She rushed the whole time- not sure why since they weren't busy and they were not closing anytime soon. She said she would file down my nails which she never did. She filled my acrylics horribly so that my real nails underneath stuck out and snagged on everything. Not only did it rip my real nails under but my nails are way too long. She didn't even compare lengths on each nail. I'm so unhappy about this that they have lost my business. Yesterday afternoon I visited this salon for the second time with my dad as a birthday present for him. We had made an appointment and were helped shortly after walking in. He was taken back for his pedicure while I selected my polish and a design I wanted to have. Once I had chosen, she told me to leave the design up front and follow her to the back. As my dad and I were seated he began to make conversation with them to be nice. As our pedicures continued it became obvious that they were talking about us in Vietnamese which I found to be rude, especially because they were aware it was his birthday. When the woman who was doing my toes got the the cuticle cutting part, she got an ingrown nail out (it wasn't bad as I didn't even notice it yet) on my big toe but continued to pull the skin attached as it went towards the nail bed, I winced in pain. She then took the ingrown nail and put it on my pant leg to show me but left it there! It remained on my pants until I got up to go dry my toes! When it came to the design. She free handed her design rather than doing the one I had chosen which sucked but at least it turned out okay but still wasn't what I had wanted. I went to pay with my credit card and the woman charged my card 50 cents accidentally so she gave me 50 cents out of the draw as a refund for my card before then charging the correct amount. Overall, my dad said he toes felt good but that they had spent a total of 20-25 minutes on his feet and was a bit disappointed. My toes obviously took longer with the paint and turned out okay but this morning I woke up and my big toe where she had removed the ingrown and skin to the almost the nail bed was swollen and sore to the touch (I noticed it when I walk! It was not swollen or sore at all before I had gone. I didn't even realize that I had an ingrown) I also noticed that they didn't remove all of my dead skin on the bottom of my feet! I went to this salon over 18 months ago and it had not been great. Wow! What a wonderful place that I think is under new management with Kent! I had one of the best regular pedicures and manicures in years from Hailey! She did not rush, was thorough with my difficult callouses, gave a great massage, did a fabulous job on my nails and was super nice! The environment is clean, updated, friendly, relaxing, with a great polish selection and good prices. What a different experience from the past! Dear Nail Salon, I confess! Today I cheated on you, my usual nail salon, with Noble Nails. Kim is an excellent technician and gave me a straightforward, basic manicure with the new OPI Nail Envy Color Formula. I am anxious to see how many days wear I can get out of it. My hands were is dire need of cuticle care, and Kim is a true professional. The salon is clean and well run. If I lived near here, I would DEFINITELY be back. $10 mani, $22 gel and $22 pedis. (They also have $30 hot stone spa pedis. YAY!!!!!) They also carry CND - including my beloved Vinyluxx. I can get 6-8 days out of a Vinyluxx Mani! Loving it here so far. read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon, first time here. Walk in, seated in pedicure chair right away. There was only 1 other person there at the time, but that quickly changed. Reasonable pricing, $22 for a basic pedicure. Not the worst I've ever gotten, but not the best either. For never having been there or having an appointment, it was totally fine. I called to ask if they had time to do a pedicure, and they said yes. I wish they wouldn't have considering as soon as I got there another girl came. The woman rushed me so much because she wanted to get to the other customer (understandable) but I paid $30 for a pedicure that was under 15 minutes, and I could have polished my own nails better than the job that was done. *GO TO TIARA NAILS IN SKIPPACK!THE BEST* This is the second bad experience at this salon. The first time I went in for a pedicure that was rushed just so she could take the next person waiting over the technician sitting next to us. No soaking, no massage, no scrub. Those things should be included in a basic pedicure. I did mention this to owner as I checked out. She gave me her card for next time. I decided to try this place again. TU (2) is the best! She was not there this day. Appt at 1pm I got there at 12:45. I didn't walk out of this place until after 2:20pm on a Sunday. For a soak off and just regular manicure. I walked out with no polish and still had pieces of acrylic on my nails. They left me to soak gel polish off while they did pedicure. I used their tools and started to take them off my self. Then she tried to change me for a manicure too unbelievable experience and it was he owner. I will never go back unless I am in a pinch and will only see TU. I used to love this salon but can't stomach it anymore. My mom and I would go regularly for our nails and waxing. One day my mom asked them to wax her under arms, something they list as a service they offer. However the woman had no clue! She not only burned my mom and ripped off part of her skin, she then had the audacity to laugh about it with her coworkers thinking we wouldn't know because she was speaking their language, but her hand gestures made it clear what they were discussing. I continued to go to give them the benefit of the doubt but when they started to become pushy about coming back and my gel manicure began peeling after only a few days, I knew it was time to move on. Not very helpful or friendly from the moment I walked in. Person who did my pedicure was terrible. Did not use toe separators, clean instruments, I could go on. Her hands were not steady and she had to do my one toe 3 times. They make it look like they use clean instruments but she grabbed one utensil from anothers tray. The woman in charge did my gel manicure and seemed to know what she was doing but she kept talking to her co-worker in Chinese which I find rude when I am sitting right in front of her. I've gone to this salon quite a few times. It has never been consistent with quality of work. Today was a terrible experience. The technician who did my pedicure scraped and pinched my toes. All of them. Grabbing a toe under the nail with a finger nail hurts. ALOT. She also left polish on my toes and missed spots on my toe nails. I have been home for almost an hour and my toes still hurt. I also watched a technician take her equipment out of the autoclave, drop it on the floor, and then put them in her basket and use it on a customer. That does not seem sanitary to me. I wanted to like this place. The staff seems friendly. The place I thought, was clean. It's super local to me. But, feet in pain and a bad paint job is a no go for me. Try somewhere else. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had a nail salon. I got a Spa pedicure. I've never felt so rushed in my life at a salon. Instead of a massage with lotion, this woman used her nails and my legs still feel it 2 hours after, it feels like a cat scratched up my calves. The skin around my toe is cut. My daughter got a regular mani. They pushed to get the gel but my daughter likes to change polish so she got the regular. No lotion, not base coat, no top coat, no filing. Just oil with brush and then polish. And here were are 2 hours later and her polish already Chipped. I guess you get what you paid for... I'm not cheating on my regular salon... ever read more

Okay. Tina is very good. I feel like she is talking about me the whole time but at least she does a nice manicure. The woman who sits next to Tina on the left. (The older woman, who wears her hair in a low pony tail) is straight up awful! She is borderline abusive and does not shape your nails correctly, I doubt she even has a certificate of completion from nail school. I am not the only person who feels this way. She made me bleed three times and kept covering it with her finger thinking I wouldn't see. I asked her to be more gentle and told her that she was hurting me and she completely ignored me. She is going extremely heavy handed and ruined the whole manicure experience for me. She barely put any lotion on my hands and used a cold towel after my gel was set. All I can say is that when you set aside an hour and a half of your time and pay $22 or $32... or what ever price they feel like charging you that day, and you leave with this kind of treatment and on top of horrible treatment and your fingers bleeding, your nails look like trash and completely unprofessional looking. It made me furious!! I was trying to think what I ever did to deserve this. If you ladies are looking for a good manicure, unless you ask for Tina, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. read more
