If you have found this company, look no further. I am a widow on a budget living off grid. When my…read morewell stopped pumping, the outlook seemed dire. Then a local businessman in Kingman referred me to Arizona Equipment Repair, a family owned business. Dan, the owner, went out of his way to help me find a way to get the work done. His subcontractor, Oasis Pump, who did the repair, showed care and experience in every aspect of the job. The head of Oasis, Luis, has decades of experience with all sized wells, including the largest agricultural wells, down to domestic installations like mine. He takes pride in his work. None of the other companies were willing to troubleshoot the well head before deciding to go "down hole." Oasis Pump came out immediately to determine the cause of the problem, which was below ground. Dan quickly sent a water truck to fill my tank. Over years of having wells, I became familiar with other pump companies in our area. They cannot compete at all with the excellence and personal care of this crew and company. Arizona Equipment Repair and Oasis Pump treats you like family. Please do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere else. You have found the best.

IGNORANT to say the least. We had an agreement for 2hrs…read moreminimum at 195 and hr. Plus 17% fuel surchargeTo unload 2 shipping containers and place them in my backyard.. He would have to use the neighbors yard to inload and the largest crane that would fit was 40ton. . Ok Cool, i changed my mind on where they were to sit, but they were within 15feet. Of the originalspot, collectively. But the offload position was the same. . He was here an hr and 7 mins, still owes me 53 minutes to set theses where I want them.! HE HAD TO LEAVE TO GO SEE HIS DAUGHTER so being sympathic i said fine, before he left I asked was it possible to my move jacuzzi, he said he would come back., well that's not happening, thank God for all outgoing conversations being recorded on my end! I called him up within 20 minutes of leaving but he didn't answer, . I waited until Monday and calped he said I changed where I was sitting there so he was going to charge a minimum of 2 hrs again..but owe me the Jacuzzi move Wooo you still owe me 53 min and it's a 30 min job and he is a half a mile away from me..and if I had pushed the issue and said no you can't see your kid, I still have paid time, just Pull the crane out as you would and move them where I wanted them to be, BEFORE YOU UNLOADED OR SET UP THE CRANE! Wasn't an issue then.. but now... He said he wasn't doing the job for free, im like I paid for a 2 hr minimum.. he got all mouthy, said he wasn't doing it for free, i again sadi i PAID for 2 hrs, he swore at me, said find someone else. He isn't doing it and hung up. We considering he has done work for my brother in-law at for least 2 dozen times, and that is who sent me.... I know he lost business.adter we. Sit down and review the video of his here and he listens to what was said im sure the wont use riggers anymore.. Funny but im glad we didn't stick to the free shipping container deal 8n lew of 400 dollare he wanted to do 6 months ago, because I know by his schetchy, unprofessional conduct it would have caused issues. There is another crane company in Mohave. I would use them.. less drama and more professional.. Oh BTW, hope that all that Cash is reported as income since you failed to give a receipt, and I will be letting the IRS know about that cash sale. Oh did 8 mention, he said he wanted me to do he rigging because he "FIRED" several employees.i supplied the ladder for him, Hmm, I did attach one to one container. I let me do the rest. Now how Utterly unprofessional, and Unsafe and unprepared for a job that you know what it entails weeks and Month's in advance

A COMPLETE DIASTER: My experience with Arizona Equipment…read moreRepair, also known as Oasis Pump, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I am a resident of Kingman, AZ, and after my well failed, this company was the first to respond. What followed was a series of unprofessional, dishonest, and sub-standard actions that have left me with an even bigger and more expensive problem than I started with. From the very beginning, communication was non-existent. The crew was consistently late, had mechanical issues with their own vehicles, and worked in short 2-4 hour bursts with multi-day breaks in between, leaving my family without water for 8 agonizing days. This was our emergency, but it was clear that other jobs were a higher priority for them. The workmanship was so bad it's almost unbelievable. Within 24 hours of them "finishing," my well house flooded. My son-in-law witnessed them using old, used parts. They installed a control box on a single nail, left a pump unmounted on wooden blocks, and created a spiderweb of conduit that snakes through the drywall, making the well house unusable. Despite repeated requests, they never wrapped the plumbing, leaving it completely exposed to our freezing winters. To top it all off, the new control box is a sub-standard replacement and lacks a motor overload switch, a critical safety feature of the original equipment. When I contacted the owner, Dan Schmidt, he came to my property and promised to "make it right." He did nothing of the sort. Two weeks went by before a crew returned, and their attempts to fix the issues were just as sloppy. They came back more than four times, and finally, around July 22nd, they declared themselves "done," without providing any final documentation or work orders. Now, their office is demanding payment for work that is clearly incomplete and defective. I had another professional company review the work, and they confirmed the system is a mess. I am refusing to pay the balance because those funds will now be used to hire a competent well service to fix Oasis Pump's mistakes. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Their work is a joke, their communication is awful, and their promises are empty. They will leave you with a bigger mess and demand payment for it.
