Hired Appliance Repair Rescue to repair my dryer. After the repair, the dryer stopped working…read moreagain. They came back and repaired it a second time, but it failed again shortly afterward. I was assured that the repair was covered by a 90-day warranty, but once the dryer stopped working again, my calls and text messages went unanswered. I have also requested copies of my invoices and receipts for the work I paid for, but those have not been provided. I've been without a working dryer for an extended period and have had to use a laundromat while trying to get this resolved. I was patient with scheduling and gave them multiple opportunities to honor the warranty, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use them, make sure you receive all invoices and warranty information in writing before paying.

They were prompt with service, coming the afternoon of the day I called. Needed help with both dish washer-not filling with water & washing machine that seemed to be out of balance. Found that dish washer needs to be used more often (we hand wash!). He checked it thoroughly & ran it through a complete cycle while checking on the washing machine. The out of balance issue was due to felt "feet" that our flooring contractor installed to protect the new floors. Can't believe they made such a difference in the operation of the machine. He was here about an hour & only charged the trip charge. I feel certain another service company would have found something to replace!
