My father (an electrical contractor) used to own a Genie one-man lift which I used - to clean the second floor windows of my office building and do small repairs over the past 20 years. When this lift broke down last year, this lift was so old that I could not find replacement parts- so I got rid of it. As luck would have it, a couple months later, there was a small hole in my building ceiling that some mynah birds made large enough to start building a nest up there (24 feet high). So, now I needed a lift to repair this ceiling hole- but didn't have one.
When I called (and later visited) A&E Equipment Rentals, John and Jackie were really helpful in showing me what my options were and in helping me find the right scissor lift. When this lift was not available on the day that I needed it, John was nice enough to substitute a slightly larger lift without charging me the higher price.
The man who delivered this, I think his name was Eti (?) was super friendly and very patient in teaching me how to operate this machine. For those of you not familiar with the old one-man Genie lifts, it's a lift that you have to manually push to move it from one spot to another. So, using a motorized, electrical lift was a new (and more pleasant) experience.
