While the flooring was being installed I questioned why all the cross seams were all even, in other words not staggered, the reply was that this way the way the boards came. Next to my bathtub and the exit to the garage 3/16" areas (strips) were left without flooring-just gaps which I had to fill and fix myself. They made a mess cutting the wood and made no attempt at any cleanup. I had to pay them to install new baseboards even though they destroyed what was there. Their work in installing the baseboards was lousy. They did not caulk the nail holes and they did not use a sponge or anything to remove the caulk they got all over the walls. Some of baseboard cuts and installation were so sloppy that I have had to pay to have them redone. Why would I do that. When I called them back to fix the things I was aware of I was told that if they came back they would charge me! This company is a young man 22-24 years old who this thinks he knows everything and his assistant, a more patient person but the one who advised me I would be charged for further service AKA completing the job. Last but not least I have discovered (by a pro contractor) that the door thresh holds were improperly installed so that the flooring would not float as it should. Additionally, when they sold it to us, they assured me it was waterproof, but water absolutely can seep through the seams between the panels, ESPECIALLY now that they are curling up. I don't know if this was a low quality product, or if the install job was done poorly, but either way, it's only a year later and I will probably have to have it all replaced. Look elsewhere, even if it means paying more.

He spent up to 45 minutes laying out just one seam to make sure the pattern matched perfectly. That seam runs down the center of the main living room and, so far, no one has been able to find it. Nate delivered the same level of work on every seam throughout the entire house; they're absolutely perfect. When he was prepping the areas, not only was his prep horrible he damage our front yard and back yard, Nothing was leveled and the finish was poor. I am currently dealing with the concrete lifting and I have no trees next to my house or on the side. I have multiple contractors mentioning to me Erick screwed me over and everything about turn concrete is wrong from low grade quality. No proper relief cuts has sections of concrete 10 feet without cuts. I tried to communicate with Erick about my concerns and he did not even bother to come look at the issues rather then make excuses and tell me my existing patio is sinking. Once he was paid it was all my problem. All other contractors confirmed everything he poured was the reason for my problems, Lifting concrete, has cause other damaged in the surround areas not to mentioned not leveled and holding water, unfortunately you can't tell until it rains. He has costed me double in damages and more in order for me to get it done right. I genuinely do not want anyone to deal with this and get scammed.
