He was on time and got the job done. Simon is a young man that started to learn to weld at 15 years old from his uncle and is eager to work! ( hard to find these days) He had to cut and fabricate my wheel wells to fit the gravity fed tank that feeds my truck. I now have a 2500 mile range on my truck! He has a work ethic that's very hard to find these days. He's willing to do even small jobs or larger jobs. I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with him , if the jobs too big he will refer you otherwise he's an excellent welder and mobile fabricator that can come up with solutions to your problems. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers.
