Still struggling with this one. Originally (just about 1.5 years ago) had an appointment for measuring. A & D never showed up. Life moved forward as the world struggled with diseases and health. Fast forward to today (about a couple weeks ago). I stopped in the office to schedule another appointment from the lackadaisical staff. The installer/measurer showed up and told me that someone would be contacting me with the estimate . . . . . . (those dots are days gone by, and still waiting) for them to contact me with a price for work to be performed. They never contacted me. Some people might say I should contact them again. I say two strikes and you are out. A & D will attempt to downplay their oversight and lack of business ethics with a reply like, "we take our business seriously" and "call us and we will fix it". Nope, I am not going to give them an opportunity. If they cant complete their promised work offsite, then what makes you think they will show up to complete work onsite? Rightfully so, I'm not going to patronize A & D. Not worth much more effort than this review. Dicks read more

We decided to use glass for our balconies and stair rails for our newly built home. We didn't know what to expect and had no idea how beautiful it would look. The added glass touch made our home look amazing! Bruce and his crew were phenomenal! They were so friendly and made the process easy and stress free. He was thorough in explaining everything and extremely knowledgeable about his products. BEST decision we made on our house. Side note... I was afraid the glass would get dirty and be hard to upkeep but it's proven me wrong. I clean it twice a year and it looks beautiful all of the time and little maintenance is needed. Thank you Bruce and crew!!! read more

The team of A&D glad was awesome. They had to make several trips out due to issues outside of their control. They were always punctual, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and my father actually contracted them for a job because of my recommendation. They do beautiful work. read more

A & D glass did a great job in replacing several double pane faded windows through out our house in a professional and proficient manner. Fair price and great service. I highly recommend their services. read more

A&D just finished our relatively small job, replacing two windows in our garage with tempered glass for a bit more security. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when they had to re-order glass for one pane in one of the windows, which itself was no big deal, they accidentally forgot to put one frame back into place in the other window. I thought they left it out on purpose! So for a couple days had an open window we just blocked with some random boxes. Anyway, all the panes are in palce now and workers were polite and thorough. Recommended. read more

Second time using this business! Speedy very fair pricing, quality. Can't ask for more than that.

Such a great experience from free estimate to measurements to contract to install! Fast, efficient and great communication skills all around with every single person we talked with at their company. Highly recommend them for replacement windows. read more

A & D Glass has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had ten dual-paned windows that had failed & so I called A& D because I had used them many years ago in my other home & had a good experience. Every single person that I dealt with has been pleasant & helpful, from the gals ( Cara & Christy) who spoke to me on the phone, to the measurer & the installers. I cannot say enough about Sean who worked on my home & his helper who's name I did not catch. Sean was the main person I dealt with & he was so delightfully polite, and patiently took the time to explain what the process would be etc. I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. I had gotten an estimate from one of their competitors & A & D's price beat them by a mile! A& D got the estimate done quickly & the job scheduled super fast. I was so thrilled to have clear windows again! They cleaned up the little mess that was made before they left. If I could give this company ten stars I would do it! They were perfect from start to finish! Use them & you won't be disappointed. read more

All I was looked for was 2 plastic washer to pull between the glass door on my shower and handle. Off to Lowes to no avail, then to Home Depot to no avail, phone other glass shops to no avail. Then I tried A & D Glass, Bruce know EXACTLY what I needed. In less than 5 minutes I had what I needed and was in my car. A&D glass has my business. I needed a piece of mirror to place inside a white frame that I brought into the business. Even as they were closing, I received a friendly greeting, a quick quote and a piece of mirror cut by the guys in the shop. It was a fair price and I appreciated that I could get it done while waiting. Definitely would trust these guys with any glass or mirror work in the future! read more

The best customer service! I was approached right away and asked if I needed help getting the mirror I needed repaired out of my car and carried. They also informed me there was a scratch on the mirror - I ran around with my kids to get it replaced and when I returned the front desk cut it right away and didn't charge me. They knew running errands with two children wasn't easy! Definitely would go back and or recommend them to anyone. read more

A&D Glass was highly recommended by our general contractor who has worked with the family business for ages, so we chose them to handle the glass replacement for a set of vintage arched French doors we had installed. Although there were countless issues along the way--mostly due to COVID and outside of their control, in the end when it was all said and done, A&D made it right. This is an absolute stand-up company that values customer service above all. There should be more business with their values. read more

WOW! A & D glass is amazing! My husband remodeled my master closet with an awesome design from a designer friend of ours. She added a space for mirrors in an angled area. I called A & D glass to see if they could put in the mirrors. A nice technician came by right on time. He checked out my project and reassured me they could do it. I was so happy! A week and 1/2 it was installed and it looks fabulous! I am one happy lady! The office staff are SO nice too! I highly recommend A & D Glass. read more

All expectations exceeded. I was thoroughly explained the process on what was needed for my single pane window to be replaced. The process was going to take longer than I wanted. They said they would try their best. Of course I wanted it done yesterday. 2 hours later I received a phone call that my window was ready to be picked up. Great customer service, great quality workmanship. This is the first time I used A&D glass. I will recommend and use them again in the future. read more

Installed bathroom shower glass and mirror. Super easy to work with and fair priced for the excellent service they provide.

A&D Glass is hands down the best glass company in Southern California. Their work is impeccable and the crew is so nice and reliable. Most recently, my husband shattered our backyard slider with a rock while weed whacking and they were on it. Super responsive and quick install. We only will use A&D Glass! Highly recommend. read more

I called with a broken house window and they were able to come out the next day and did a great job!

I needed a large single-pane window (broken window) and a custom table-top piece of glass cut for a coffee table and called around for a bit. Lowes & Home Depot couldn't help me out and I couldn't get any other glass places to pick up the phone. A&D had both pieces cut within a day and even offered to leave them wrapped outside for me (I couldn't pick them up during their normal hours). Great prices and friendly/helpful people. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I was hoping this company would be great based off all the other reviews, but I'm super disappointed with their customer service. I read a recent review of someone paying $200 for a glass pane being replaced, but I was quoted $400 for a single pane replacement. I asked Kara for a breakdown of the quote, what was the cost of the window and the cost of labor/installation, and was told they don't do that, the price is what it is. She was very defensive when I said the quote seemed high based on the fact that I could buy an entire window from Lowe's for less than $200. She asked me if I thought I could have that window installed for less than $200, which I thought was incredibly rude and condescending. I don't think asking for a breakdown of what exactly I'm paying for is a ridiculous question and makes me feel like they're hiding where my money is going and the actual cost of glass versus labor/ installation. read more

Excellent customer service and excellent pricing! We needed an old single pane window fixed on our house and everywhere else quoted us over $500. A&D came out that day and replaced the window for about $200. read more

My son shot a BB gun bullet through our neighbor's window. We needed to fix it ASAP and after calling multiple places, a and d glass said they could do it in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. They came out and fixed the window. The window cracked unexpectantly, so I called them back to come out and I fix it again. They did! I really appreciate how they stand by their work and helped us out. They could have said the work was done and therefore they are too. But they wanted to make sure their customers are happy and their work is good. I'm so grateful for their diligence and the kindness. I would definitely recommend and return again for any glass work needed. read more

I had a mirror installed in November 2018. It was just what I wanted, but started to show some wear around the edges. I called and spoke with Ethan and he immediately took care of the issue. Within a day or two he fabricated a new mirror. I changed the design of the mirror which was no problem and no charge. I found Ethan to be very pleasant, listened to my problem and was very accommodating. I highly recommend A&D ....a company that was recommended by my great contractor, Adrian Lamb. read more

They don't carry picture frame glass, I wish they would have told me that up front, instead, they cut thicker glass and it didn't fit. I didn't know this until I returned home and had to take it back. They did refund it, but then they tell me, oh we don't have glass like that, you need to go to a framing shop. Why didn't you tell me that from the beginning? read more

These people are professionals. Thank god, as I really didn't know what to expect when I walked in to this place--barely a storefront on a dusty strip of Vista Way. Yeah, it's right by the 78 freeway, and it's on the way to Boomers, but it still feels desolate over there. I came here to order several glass tabletops for my parents, as theirs were damaged when they moved. I got great customer service, and what's more, the guy who took my order answered a bunch of my questions and didn't treat me like a second class citizen just because it was my first time ordering glass and I knew nothing about it. I don't really know how much glass quality varies, but my parents are very happy with their new glass tabletops. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I was expecting to pay $50 per pane, but ended up getting each pane for less than $30. This was a few months ago, so I don't remember exactly how much it was; I just remember being very pleasantly surprised by the bill. From what I could tell, they do all their work in-house, except maybe the beveling. I'm not sure what else you would go here for--windows, mainly?--but they also do decorative type stuff. They have samples of all the different types of glass and finishes they do, and it's quite extensive. I bet you could get ideas for home improvements, art displays, and commemorative gifts just by walking in here. They seem willing to work with the customer for custom jobs, so just ask. Also, they are a Better Business Bureau accredited business with an A+ rating. So it seems like it is just an all-around great business. read more

I usually don't take the time to write negative reviews but in this case I felt I could save someone from wasting their time. I had an employee come out to our home and take measurements for a quote for new frameless glass shower doors. The employee was friendly and said we would have quote in 2 days. Well, 2 days came and went. I called and was told the sales associate handling our quote was at lunch and would call back. NOOO PHONE CALL. So I called the Golling day, again i was told I would receive a return call. I called AGAIN and now it was 9 days after the measurements. I still have never received a call or an estimate. Please don't waste your time, I asked myself why was I trying to give them my business when they obviously did not care. There are many many great companies in the area and one that gave us excellent service. Spend your money somewhere else. I should have paid more attention to the review that had the same issue. read more

I would leave a zero star if I could. Started process in mid-July and despite taking a 50% deposit with three failed promises of glass installation, these guys let me down yet again today. Have to start the process with a different company now. Avoid these guys as they're full of it.... read more

Why would a company go to the trouble to go to a residence take measurements, tell you they would contact you the next day with a quote and then not contact you again????? I guess they are busy and can't be bothered(sarcasm). I would go into details but it appears they have done this before. Better hope you are the lucky one that gets a call back. One star is one too many for this company in my opinion read more

Very disappointed as to all of my time they wasted. no call backs, no follow up. very poor service. got a verbal bid for almost 100 dollars x a dozen units, then in 3 days it went to over 200 per unit. I am sick to my stomach as to all of the time I wasted trying to deal locally. read more

These guys are awesome! I called around to several places, their quote was the lowest by far. The guy came and replaced my small picture window in about 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, we chatted for a bit and I found out that this company also does full window replacements. I will definitely be calling them for an estimate. read more

During our remodel, A&D came through with flying colors with a large bathroom mirror and a glass shower enclosure.
