Rating is NOT worth even a one star. I had my windshield replace by this company and the guy, Allen, who came out was the most unprofessional person I think I have ever encounter. He thought he had to make jokes about everything. He left the tape on the windshield for me to remove instead of him finishing the job. When I removed the tape it tore the rubber seal. He had to come back to repair it. When ask that ir would be safe to drive the car (the glue needed to set), his responded, "A week". I would NOT recommend him or his company to anyone. read more

Allen went above and beyond to replace my window on a Saturday. When I called, he was on a job in McKinney and it was around 10:30. The place where he had to pick up the type of glass my car needed was in Richardson and closed a noon. I prepared myself for juggling vehicles on Monday because the car wasn't drivable like it was. Allen called me at 11:50 to tell me he was on his way to me. As it happens, Allen had replaced a windshield for me last year but he was working for a different company and I didn't know how to find him. It was sheer luck that I found him. He was the only one that even called back that day, even though the other businesses I called showed to be open at the time. I highly recommend Allen for his professionalism, courtesy, and desire to help. I drive on a road with lots of rock trucks, so I'll be keeping his card this time! read more
