The tables and chairs were exactly what I expected: clean, functional, and showing only normal wear and tear. No surprises, no damaged items, no last-minute headaches. Delivery and pickup both occurred within the stated timeframes, which made event planning one less thing to worry about. Sometimes you don't need anything fancy. You just need someone to show up when they say they will, provide what was promised, and make the process easy. That's exactly what happened here. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

Disappointed With My Experience…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coco Sweet Designs Event Planning. Our event was scheduled for February 2027, and we made the decision, due to personal circumstances, that we would no longer be having a reception. The event was paid in full more than seven months in advance, and I requested a refund more than seven months before the scheduled event date. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. I was told by the owner that, "in this business, refunds are not granted." I am very frustrated that there was no willingness to consider a refund given how far in advance the cancellation was made and the fact that the event was paid for in full so early. I understand that deposits and certain payments may be non-refundable, but being expected to simply forgo thousands of dollars for an event that is being cancelled more than seven months in advance is extremely difficult and disappointing. At this point, I cannot recommend my experience based on how this situation has been handled. I believe businesses should consider the circumstances of their clients, especially when a cancellation is communicated so far in advance and there is ample time for the date and services to potentially be rebooked. I hope others considering booking will carefully review and fully understand the cancellation and refund policies before making a significant financial commitment. I also have photos that the refund policy was not posted when I initially requested cancellation of our event.

The warehouse guy on our Friday pickup was super friendly and very helpful loading the chairs into our cargo van. The chairs we received were clean and in good condition, and all the folding mechanisms worked flawlessly. The guys in the warehouse on Monday were courteous and efficient at unloading the chairs from our van. The overall correspondence for quote, payment, receipt and followup were accurate and timely.

The party was at a local park in Alameda, and Jump Jump & Away was one of the park's preferred vendors since they have insurance paperwork on file. After checking their website, and Yelp of course, we felt comfortable renting from them. The entire process was seamless. The instructions were very clear. For parks, you must also rent a generator. There was also a travel fee of $80 to Alameda (but this may differ based on location). They texted me the day before to confirm their arrival time. You must be there when they arrive so you can sign the contract. They arrived right on time, and the entire setup took about 15 minutes. You must also wait for them to arrive for pick up since you don't want to leave the bounce house unattended. They were prompt with pick up as well. The bounce house was the hit of the party. We got the 13x13 and it was plenty big for at least 8-10 kids in there. It was sturdy and in good condition. Rules are no shoes or food in the bounce house. Overall, a well-run, efficient, and reliable company. Would rent from them again.
