I tried it once. It just wasn't anything special. The hours aren't always convenient and the pizza was just ok. I prefer Harbor pizza.

I had my doubts about pizza on a beach trip, but I'm so glad I did. The pizza here is magnificent. The crust is perfect. It's crackly and crisp on the outside with a nice chew inside. The underside is lightly speckled with charred spots which contrast nicely with the rich high-moisture mozzarella. The list of available toppings is relatively short, but they're fresh and flavorful. Half-pizza customizations are available if you can't decide. It also reheated wonderfully the next day. I put a slice in a cold covered skillet over medium heat and it was almost as good as new a few minutes later. As of Oct 2022, the restaurant is takeout only. I ordered in person. The online ordering wasn't working for me and I'm not sure you can call in. In any case, the wait wasn't long, maybe 15-20 minutes and there was plenty of room inside to sit. Fast and delicious pizza. My family and I were visitors to Seaside and staying across the river. When looking for a basic pizza, we found A&B nearby and local vs the nearby national chain. We ordered the veggie pizza and it was delicious. It was prepared quickly and we really enjoyed it. The pie was a classic thin crust and 16". Depending on your appetite, one pie should work. I called right at 5p when they opened and easy over the phone order. "Twenty mins it will be ready" and true to his word we picked up these two beautiful pies. We live in Astoria and we drove down to Seaside just to order this pizza based off of people's reviews and the pictures we saw on here and HANDS DOWN this is the BEST pizza in Clatsop County. Amazing cheese to sauce ratio with a great crust. I love how the sauce and cheese don't taste overly salty like a lot of pizzas. You can tell they put a lot of love into their pizzas. read more

Limited menu, which means this guy just focuses on doing it right. I tried to call in an order but the machine said no orders during business hours. So we walked in to order and pizza was only a 20 minute wait. So much arugula! :) yum! We did an arugula/mushroom, pepper/olive and basil (though there was no basil-we ended up with cheese. Wanted pizza so bad after a beach and that reading g reviews trying to find a place on the way home we picked A&B. Tried to call to see if they were open... no answer. Stopped in to see an emptied out restaurant (all tables & chairs gone) and a sign on the door "take out only" well answer your phone! We are way past COVID protocols for this most places are open 100% and back to normal for months. There was just one guy working the entire place that we could see. With 2 people ahead of us waiting we left. Not worth trying with such a bad experience from the start. I was sad. read more

I'll start with this. I don't pick my pizza based on decor. I base it on how it's prepared and the ingredients. Also note, I just came back from New York and had the absolute best pizza of my life. This place is unique in that the menu is very basic and or a whole lot of options. I didn't think I could have anything nearby (on the west coast) that I could compare to. No, this place did not change my mind. East coast is still the pizza capital of the US. However, this place is not bad. The ingredients tasted pretty fresh and the crust had a really nice flavor and crunch. I think it's worth trying if you're in the area and be the judge yourself. Don't mind the plain interior. We ended up taking it back to our place so I didn't mind. The guy was nice as well. read more
