It's take out pizza. Pure and simple. I called right at 1700 when they opened, placed my order for three pizzas, and they were ready for me 30 minutes later. The inside decor is like an abandoned office building waiting room, but I was there to pick my pizza and leave. Pizza is fairly pricey, but good pizza always costs more. People like pizza in various styles, and this just happened to be EXACTLY what I like. Crispy and charred crust on the outside but thin and chewy in the center. Toppings, including the plain cheese, were flavorful and good quality. It's not a pizza parlor, folks. No video games, soda fountain, or salad bar. Call in your order and pick it up. Simple and delicious. I'll grab a few pies every time I stay in Seaside. Take out only! Made to order pizza from a one man operation. For reals, there is only one guy working but you can tell he cares about the quality. We tried calling to order ahead but he didn't answer. You have to physically go into the establishment to order. We waited about 45 minutes for one pizza but it was worth the wait. You'll walk in and it won't look like a pizza joint. Just walk up to the counter and he'll get to you. That being said, this is the best pizza on the coast if not in Oregon, and I only do my second favorite just down the road when he is closed. This is a one man pizza slinging show in a big room with just a kitchen, counter, and benches lining a wall. Only open M-F 5pm to 8pm. Got there just after 5pm and was told pizza would be ready in about an hour and ten minutes. No biggie. Just happy to get one, since he only can make around 30 a day using his own fresh dough. We visit Seaside, OR each year and we have never heard or visited this pizza spot. We were expecting ordinary pizza and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza's were around $20's each and they were huge. We ordered the pepperoni pizza with mushroom and Canadian bacon with sausage and mushrooms. The bottom crust was thin and soft while the outer crust was thick and delicious (my favorite). All the toppings were delicious and it's safe to say that this is our new favorite pizza spot in Seaside. Disclaimer: We decided to order ahead and pick up.
