Friends, I am here to tell you that you need to stop perusing Yelp for a house cleaner and hire…read morethese folks, IMMEDIATELY. Do not overlook this company simply because they don't have many reviews yet. If they continue rendering such stellar service as they did for me today, their Yelp page will be overflowing with 5-star reviews in the near future! I contacted them 2-3 days before I needed a move-out cleaning. This being the "social distancing era", I send them video walk-through of my apartment and some pictures of particularly problematic areas. One of those areas included an oven that I never used for two years because it was already so DISGUSTING when I first moved in, and a storage area that mice had apparently been using as their personal toilet for the previous year, unbeknownst to me. Hairo did not make me feel bad about booking last minute, or for requesting Sunday service (when they are normally closed), OR for the supreme nastiness of my apartment's problem areas. He just said, "Yes, we can do this." He sent me a quote via text which gave a line-by-line breakdown of precisely everything they were going to do, and it was split into sections by room type (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.). Very organized and professional. Today was my move-out and their cleaning service was THE ONLY THING that was good about the day. Hairo and his team showed up on time for our appointment, and friends, you CANNOT imagine how mortified I was when they walked in and saw that I wasn't done packing yet. That had never happened to me before, and I didn't even know what to say. Hairo would have been well within his rights to cancel service for the day (because with a move-out clean, it is assumed that you will have moved everything out before the cleaning crew gets started). It would have been more than understandable if he had given me a look that said, "Come ON. This is unacceptable." But instead, he calmly surveyed the state of things, reassured me that it was going to be ok, called a fourth team member to come join them, and then instructed his team to grab boxes and start helping me pack. I could have cried, I was so grateful for the help. At no point did any of them appear frustrated or angry at the extra work. Instead, they smiled at me and reassured me whenever I apologized to them or gave them a look that said, "I know, I'm a piece of trash." They were each very respectful when packing my items and they did their best to put like-use items together in the same boxes. They worked quickly and were done helping me pack in just under an hour! My friend and I started to load up our vehicles to transport my boxes to my new apartment, and by the time we got back to pack up for round two, Hairo's team was done!! I couldn't believe it. I walked into an apartment that smelled UNBELIEVABLY clean and fresh - almost as if they had planted a grove of lemon trees somewhere behind the walls. Everything was literally gleaming and sparkling. It looked beautiful. Hairo walked me through the apartment to show me all the big tasks they completed as well as the detailed work on the problem areas. The graveyard of mouse feces was almost unrecognizable from before. They had even moved my fridge out from the wall to clean the droppings BEHIND it -- which I had not asked them to do but was so impressed by. Everything was perfect, and they managed to do it in 90 minutes or less! Hairo and his team needed to rush off to another cleaning job so I was not able to fully express my gratitude toward their professionalism, empathy for my embarrassment at not having been ready for them, and their positive, can-do attitudes the entire time they were here. I paid them via Venmo for the amount they quoted me, and then separately sent a gratuity for each of the 4 team members as a token of appreciation for their efforts. If I could have tipped them each $200, I would have. That's how much I felt they *truly* deserved for a job so supremely well done. So please, do yourself a favor and hire this company for whatever your cleaning needs may be. They are a family-run company and they are incredibly hard-working and professional. I took several of Hairo's business cards and will be handing them out to friends and colleagues whenever anyone mentions needing a cleaner! I can't wait to be able to use them again.

I reached out to Tiangi Sparkling on a weekend through Yelp. Sorangy responded in less than 1…read morehour. We made arrangements for her to visit to provide a quote early the following week. Although she had a little trouble finding our house (everyone does), she arrived promptly after receiving additional instructions from us and did a thorough walk-through of our home. We pointed out the areas we wanted her to concentrate on - bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and baseboards. (I have clean baseboards for the first time in my adult life!) She inquired about our preferences for certain tasks like arranging cushions on the sofa. I was impressed to see her doing things such as touching the tops of picture frames to see if they required dusting. Sorangy usually checks in a day or two ahead of time to confirm whether we want her to come on her usual day and to let us know if she has additional availability. We feel comfortable leaving the house while Sorangy is cleaning to let her finish and see herself out. We feel she is responsible and trustworthy. Sorangy (and her team) have cleaned for us 4 or 5 times now. The first was a deep cleaning and the rest have been maintenance cleanings. She is very thorough, especially with the areas we pointed out as being most important to us. We have very hard, iron-rich water that leaves orange stains on all of the tubs, sinks, and toilets. We love it when Sorangy has been here because everything is white and sparkly again! Sorangy is very respectful of private spaces, especially since my husband and I both work from home. She always asks first before entering our offices. If one of us is in a meeting, she will ask again later if it is ok to enter and clean, and we appreciate that. On a personal note, Sorangy is polite, highly personable, and speaks very good English. I enjoy having little chats with her here and there. I have mentioned by back pain to her and she always inquires about how I am feeling. At our first meeting, when I said, "My back is just too sore to do these things," she replied, "It's ok, that's why I am here!" and I loved that! I highly recommend Tiangi Sparkling for anyone in the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys who wants a great cleaning at a reasonable price - especially if it is important to you to support local-, woman-, or minority-owned businesses.
