I have referred two people to this storage because they give you a discount for first 3 months, but…read morenow I regret it. First of all on the website it states that you can get discount on rent for referrals, which I have never received. Then the website states that they invested in advanced surveillance system to keep your belongings safe, but this is a lie as well. My referral had their tool trailer broken into, then their brand new travel trailer was vandalized and door is damaged from someone trying to break in. No surveillance footage for either insurance wont help nor will the storage management for their negligence. Then my other referral was in the unit less than 30 days and had insurance through the storage company. The roof had leaked and destroyed her furniture. Come to find out the whole row of units in her row had leaking roof and insurance will not cover that damage either. I do not recommend this storage unless plan on having it for a very short time to save a half months rent.

I've given them every legal document they'd need and more as I'm the legal executor and they continue to ask for more! There are no more to give them. They won't accept payment from his wife.
