They took most of the summer to fix it while we lived in a hotel and did a crap job. They didn't even paint everything like they were supposed to in the living room or stairwell. The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. The grout in the bathroom floor is coming up. Overall it looks worse after their "fix" than it did before the incident. Again, I wish I could give a lower rating. I HIGHLY recommend you consider another company. We definitely got screwed.

Given the hazard of sewage, we knew we had to call professionals in to help with the clean up. ServPro was the first we called and despite being called in on a Sunday afternoon to help us out, they remained super helpful going the extra mile. The ease of completing forms on a tablet device to frequent communications from all members on the team has been a true help. Please consider them if you are in need of clean up from fire, water,or any restorations.

It was as if their bread/butter was what they did for the first part of our problem and then couldn't care less about the rest. Ultimately we ended up fixing the walls/ceiling ourselves. I can't say I would or would not recommend them. If you go with them, just be ready for at some point for there to be a break-down in communication and for you to be doing a lot of the calling/emailing them to get answers.

Then the plumber will come back to fix after their assessment. Cleanup came out within a couple of hours, opened up the ceiling and properly disposed of all the soggy boards. They placed dehumidifier and fans to dry out the affected areas. They returned after 48 hours to check with the moisture instrument to make sure all was completely dry. Then all the equipment was removed from our home. All was completed in a timely matter. Communication was great thru every step. They always arrived on time. Great employees and a great company.

We paid them $420. What a rip off. The men came to clean our furniture and left with the furniture stained and dirtier than before they started. We believe they used old water or old protectant or something. They did not remove the stains and did not clean in between the cushions. They did not use a deodorizer that we could smell. They did a horrible job. We had to scrub our sofa and loveseat ourselves for fear they damaged our furniture, a waste of our Friday night, and I have photos and videos for proof. I called to file a complaint. They sent two men out to our house to redo the cleaning. This was a total inconvenience and a waste of our Saturday. I called again and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor to request a refund, or at the very least a partial refund. I was told "the manager/supervisor have to return your call within 24-48 hours". No one called. I am very displeased with their service, customer service overall and would not recommend them to anyone.
