I'm an investor renovating a place near downtown Indy to sell. Wilfredo showed up late to quote me and was very insistent on doing the project a different way--it was simply kitchen and flooring work, but he wanted to knock down walls and add on $10k of exterior work I never wanted done or asked him to quote on. When I said I didn't want to do it, he basically called me cheap and launched into "well, if you can't afford it" and other hard sell type tactics. I was polite to him but it was clear, to me anyway, that I wasn't going to hire him. When I texted him cordially but directly telling him this wasn't going to work and wishing him the best of luck in business, his response was to call me a "cheat." We didn't do business together, so I don't know how I cheated him. This business is clearly not run in a professional or respectful way. Frankly, there are plenty of contractors in Indinanapolis who want to work instead of
giving you the runaround and a hard sell and topping it off with insults. read more
