For sides we got macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, and corn. The macaroni and cheese was really good, creamy and cheesy. The corn was really good and had flavor. My mom had the coleslaw and didn't like it. The cornbread was delicious and soft and airy. Now let's talk about this amazing great service, our waitress name was Brooke. So this place has a long wait and it was BUSY. Brooke was so nice and patient with us. She checked on us and because we waited so long she even gave us appetizers on the house. Brooke was very kind and she was genuine. Definitely a good time. The appetizers we had were really good, the nachos were so good and so were the wings. The wings were perfect flavorful, smoked and plump. The place is friendly and feels like a neighborhood hangout. This was the highlight of my trip and like I said, I will be back. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The pulled pork had a flavory smoke taste, I'll give it a 4. The burnt ends, well I'm not sure what that was that I ate. It wasn't burnt on the ends and even with the sauce, it that didn't help. I'll give it a 0. Now the coleslaw, not sure if was coleslaw or they tried to make potato salad and missed the mark. I'll give it a 0. The baked beans were Outstanding, along with the corn muffin and the Dr. Pepper. I read this to my wife and she said it was about right. She is from Michigan.
