I even took a day off of work as they were supposed to show up to complete their work. No call no nothing! The first day they were to work on our place we were told someone had to be at the house. My girlfriend took the day off from work and the contractors later told her that wasn't necessary. Their materials were to be delivered the prior day and they weren't, so they just tore off the old siding the first day. Miscommunication I'll assume after seeing it about 5 more times after this.

He got the job done in the winter, but part of it was coming back in the spring to level out the front yard. It was a mess with big mounds of dirt and our sidewalk had sunk really badly. Erik stopped returning my calls/texts requesting the work to be completed. I trusted that he would finish the job, which is why everything was paid for upfront, but unfortunately he can be added to the list of shady contractors who take your money and run. I now have an absolute mess of a front yard to deal with at 6 months pregnant. We are deeply sorry for ever hiring Eric and paying him in full. Beware!
