Because I didn't have anything nice to say, I decided to just forget them and move on, figuring (like most sane businesses), they'd leave me alone after a couple callbacks. This was over 3 months ago, and they haven't stopped. I've probably deleted close to a dozen voicemails so far....just got another, which finally prompted this review. Companies like this are hoping you didn't talk to anyone else first, and that you'll play their negotiation game, so you end up ignorantly over paying, while smugly believing you outsmarted them. This might work on some people, but they need to read the room in each situation, because the tactic is costing them more business than they realize.

Everything Jim said he was going to do he did and my driveway turned out great ... he did such a good job I referred him to my parents and they got their driveway paved too! The driveways turned out beautiful and we will be calling him to have him seal them next year. Would highly recommend them!!
