I used Quality Septic for my services for about 3 years until I found out how dishonest Darrin was…read more He deliberately does not leave any door hangers because he want to keep you in the dark when he does not show up to provide your prepaid maintenance service. When I called to question why they had not provided me service at 6 months after my contract renewed, Darrin cooked up an email and forwarded to me as proof of service with a past date. Why was they email not sent on the original date. I received weeks after because I was question him. I had a credit card on file which authorized them to charge my card for repairs without needing authorization for service of a value or Dollar amount. I had a burnt out bulb on my septic alarm system yet someone who claimed he had been to my home never replaced the bulb when they claimed that they had provided me service. If you are not in the habit of monitoring your service frequency with Darrin, please pay attention as you could easily be getting 1 of 3, instead of 3 of 3. His other dishonest way of getting his claws in your wallet is rebuilding the motor on your aerator. I was a victim of $350 to rebuild aerator every 6 months while a new aerator was $425 then. My aerator kept going out because the Septic system installers failed to enter the tank at 90 degree with the PVC pipe work. He would come out each time and pick my pocket that he was rebuilding the aerator. I got saved from this pick-pocket after several years when I decided enough was enough. I signed up with another company that came out and told me why that problem was recurring. They corrected the PVC pipe work and discarded greedy Darrin many times over, rebuilt aerator and its been about a few years now and I have never once had any problem with my Septic system again. The first time he visits your home he will convince you that he is knowledgable and bad mouth your previous service provider. Once he has won you over, then the con-artist in him goes to work to maintain you as a perpertual victim. I am glad I questioned him hard enough to get him uncomfortable which led to us parting ways. On another occation, I called for service on a weekend but they didn't come out until Tuesday, then Darrin charged me the higher fee for a weekend call charge even though he showed up on Tuesday to do the work. Please, help me understand how a phone call on the weekend translates to a weekend call fee for work done on a Tuesday. This man is just desperate in my opinion to get his claws on your wallet. I still believe leaving this Septic service provider behind was one of the best things that happened to my home. Think dirty, think Darrin. :)

Recently discovered…read morejets of drip field water bubbling and shooting up through the soil that this clown hack neglected to prime and glue several of the PVC fitting joints that comprise the input and return manifold structure that distributes the clean tank water out to, around, and back through subterranean drip tube field. Photos of 1 joint absent of any primer and glue that had completely separated is attached here. Had it been primed and glued as required by code, Magnolia tree roots shown would never have been able to infiltrate. Upon onsite inspection to confirm, Mr. Boyd promised eye-to-eye with a handshake to return within 1 to 2-weeks maximum to dig up all defectively installed PVC joints and properly reinstall (with required primer and glue) as needed to resolve all leaks. Then 1-week later responded to a text to say he has been delayed and will do the job by the end of the next week. Finally on day-14 (end of the next week), after not showing and dodging and ignoring several text and calls to confirm, Mr. Boyd instead, calls back late in the evening. Clearly by measure of his overly slurred speech and hugely surly tone of voice in a well inebriated state of mind (i.e. IMO drunk, high, or both). Mr. Boyd then proceeded with a very long angry toned diatribe about how it is not not required professionally nor per building code to prime and glue the PVC joints that form the drip field delivery and return plumbing. A totally crazy and intentionally dishonest claim clearly intended to argue his way out of fixing his totally defective workmanship. Mr. Boyd's seemingly endless diatribe included accusations, slights, and outright insults pertaining to my character and person. He refused to answer any direct questions pertaining to the work or the insanely false things that he was accusing me (the customer) personally of having done. Ultimately, the call ended with my asking point blank if he's going to come do the job to fix the leak(s) as he'd promised or not, to which he answered a resounding "No". Hence, all who read this review are highly advised to stay way clear of this dishonest, deceptive, and totally unqualified hack and clown show. Unfortunate that this review board does not allow for posting of ZERO stars. Otherwise, I'd do so.
