He came out quickly, which was really nice because we couldn't use our deck at all. About a week later, after returning from vacation, we saw they found another route into the house and back to their original nest. Robert came right back out, drilled a hole in our attic to get directly to the nest and sprayed the entry ways again. We are very happy with his work and will call him in the future with any pest control issues we have. Highly recommend!

Jimmy texted me to let me know what time I should expect the installers to show up. He even informed me that he would show up him self a little bit latter in the day to check on everything. They started around 9am in the morning. They introduced themselves to me and let me know what they were going to do and what to expect. As the day progressed they kept me informed and also were awesome to show me what they were doing and asking if I had questions on anything. My kids were watching them through the windows and everyone was so cool that they waved and smiled at my kids. Jimmy even showed up talked to me and what was really cool was to see that the owner had brought everyone lunch. They finished up around 5ish and picked up all of there stuff and made my place look like it was when they left. By far this was a awesome experience with the owner and the crew. To see everyone happy and enjoying there work that they do is amazing. Thank you guys for everything you have done for my family. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

Jay came out today to "take care" of the squirrel that was in our basement. We tried countless…read moretimes to find how that darn pest was getting in but couldn't figure it out. Jay was prompt, thorough and knowable... he found the hole within 15 minutes in addition to a few hornet nests we were not aware of ( he didn't change extra to exterminate the bee's nests). Jay took his time and did a thorough examination... we have an interesting layout in the basement, partial Michigan basement, partial crawl and part walkout but he got right to business fearlessly and filled in all the little spots the squirrels and mice were using to gain access to the house.
