It's not fun to find yourself in a position to post bail for a friend. But, these folks know how…read moreto helpfully guide you towards the outcome that will get someone you care about freed quickly. What I really liked: 1. Quick responses. When I called, they always answered by the second ring. 2. Nifty technology. Their SimplyBail web site made every step of the process clear, easy to fulfill, and trackable with status updates. 3. They do what they promise. From beginning to end, they always explained what they would do then they actually did those things. No bait and switch. Just good to their word. What was a little confusing: 1. Many, many names. They operate under different names in different areas of the Metroplex. This Yelp page is one name, they answer the phone in another, their web site is a third. But, they are all the same organization. Not sure why the different names exist. It worried me at first. 2. My case agent was certainly very knowledgeable, but we had a couple of miscued communications that were the only rough spots in the whole exchange. I will accept part of the blame since I was under stress and had never done any of this before. I hope my conversations with her will help her see how important patience and rephrasing things might come in handy in the future with other clients. But, she did do what was needed and for that, I am thankful!

I was at a total loss when my loved one was jailed and I had ABSOLUTELY no money to bail him out. I…read morewas going to do a property bond elsewhere as it is not an offered service at this establishment, until I spoke to Mr. Waits, who explained exactly what that entailed and advised me against it. I am so so so grateful he took the time to educate me so I could make an informed decision, and that he was truthful and forthcoming in how it all works. Ive never had to do this before and I was such a bundle of dreadful nerves and tears and hopelessness. I know I must have called 4-5 times speaking to both husband and wife in an effort to find a solution. They went out on faith and worked with me when they could've easily denied me. Mr. and Mrs. Waits offer a title pawn services at this location and allowed me to use our title as security. They even covered the bond fee that I couldn't afford and allowed me to basically create my own payment plan in installments so I could afford this. They were gracious, professional, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, expedient and were not even the slightest bit condescending towards me during one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. As a matter of fact, as they were walking me though the whole process and clarifying as we went, they were both very reassuring that this would NOT be the end of the world for either of us, that I should absolutely NOT equate myself to the decisions of those I love, and that opinions held by other people in our little busy-body small-town are NOT definitive of our personal character. People make mistakes, were only human. It truly renewed my spirit to have had the time to speak with them and I am eternally grateful. It was like having a super supportive family member or very close friend. It was a ton of paperwork and the entire process took several hours to complete...although from my research that seems to be the norm, and also perhaps my situation in particular was just a pain and more involved than most...but when I tell you the folks are gold, I won't do business else where and they have got my recommendation for life.
