In addition the person running the project was surly, brought his family onto my property after hours to see what he was doing without asking which was rude and I believe illegal. To top it all off when I saw an issue with potential to seriously damage my house, even after providing pictures of my concern, was told to call them if I needed another retaining wall. They therefore refused to even come and look at the issue. BTW. The individual I am referring to lives within a couple miles of me, so it would hardly have been an inconvenience to stop by.

This winter we cancelled our snow removal contract because they didn't perform the service. This was after 5 calls and escalations to the GM and president of the company, over the course of 6 days. Luckily we found a reliable substitute, for about half the cost. We stopped using them for landscaping last year due to a very expensive quote - even after removing some services. For 50% less, I bought high quality equipment (riding mower, tools) and could hire local teenagers - and keep the equipment for the following years.
