She would not return calls or emails. Then, out of nowhere, we received a call from a woman in the office who would only identify herself as "Christine". She was exceptionally rude on the phone and told us they could no longer represent my family due to an undisclosed conflict. No "I'm sorry for your loss", or "I wish we could help more..", just a robotic response of "we can no longer represent you as a client - the end".
