At that time she had not filled anything with the courts on my behalf. Day of court, I arrive to find out she called in sick. I had to explain to Risa how to file for me with examples from the opposing party. She lost my file. All the while charging me nearly 4000$. Which she did nothing for. She went 5 weeks without notifying me that the other party had requested documents! That's when I said enough is enough. Fired her. Hired a new lawyer who was Awesome!
