Awful. This office does not return client phone calls. When you're paying an attorney $350/hr to make sure your violent ex-husband with three restraining orders against him doesn't come home "to finish the job" you expect them to pick up the phone. Not their legal assistant (who changed 3 times in two months.) Not their paralegal, (who changed twice in two months). Not being able to handle an emergency phone call or follow through on protecting their clients says everything about this office: poorly staffed, focused on superficial appearance, and ineffective. I was in a desperate situation and this firm failed me. I should have known better when I was in the waiting room and could overhear Jamie talking to Maryanne about the pathetic losers that Tinder was trying to set her up with. Mocking men for being bald, being old, too fat, whatever. A huge red flag, but I ignored it. I guess she had man troubles of her own that were much more important than mine. Leading up to the court case, I did have frustrations in getting timely responses from the paralegals. But .... 1 star is generous for this law group. I hired Ms. Pitcher to assist with a Divorce case. Her and her law group filed numerous needless documents which wasted thousands of dollars. Couple with outrageous administrative fees, the RISE Law Group spent $15,000 of the only money I had, and I'm worse off and not closer to being divorced than before I hired them. I've never even met Ms. Pitcher. Mrs. Hazlett actually represented me during a court hearing, but she was completely unprepared and looked like a high school student who went to take a final exam after only reading the cliff notes. Don't waste your time or money. If you've also been screwed by this law firm, you can submit an Ethics complaint via the Oregon State Bar. I don't know if it will accomplish anything, but these people are thieves who line their pockets with the money of innocent people without any ethics at all. read more

Do not go to Jamie!!!! U will only talk to her paralegal that has no idea how to write up a proposal. They messed up on a repossessed that I basically wrote out for them which then cost me more money to have them rewrite it ??? Jamie is non existent til the day of court which nothing had been discussed prior. She cancelled on me and rescheduled 3 out of 6 times. They charge $400 for a invoice showing what they charge you for the whole office is incompetent.
