We drove down right away and signed the papers. It was such a lovely experience and such helpful folks. Very very clean park and lots of pride in this business. They knew they didn't have it when they called to collect for it. Nothing but thieves. Low class. Unprofessional. Uncaring people who take what they want and cause thousands of dollars in extra expenses during your move. The issue I had was that as I ask for a military discount it was questioned and since all my flight records were already packed ( I am retired) I had to wait until unpacking to iron it out. In the end I was taken care of however I did tangle with them about all of it. On a different note, when looking at my billing they noticed I was overcharged. They were honest in bringing this to my attention and resolved it also.
