Called Renewal by Anderson and was able to get the door I wanted with no problems! Be careful when dealing with Pella installation crew!!!!

Highly Recommend - Outstanding Work on a Challenging 1906 Duplex!…read more The Larson Siding and Window team recently replaced all the windows, storm doors, and entry doors on my 3-story duplex in Rochester, MN. Built in 1906, most of the original windows were over 100 years old--well past due for an upgrade. What could have been a stressful and complicated project turned out to be a smooth and even enjoyable experience, thanks to Tim, Bob, Ryan, and the rest of the crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and consistently met (or exceeded) my very high quality expectations. This wasn't an easy job, but they handled it with skill, professionalism, and great attitudes. On top of that, their pricing was competitive--and in my case, they delivered significantly more value than other bids I received. My father was so impressed with their work, he asked for a quote for his own project! I'm incredibly grateful to the Larson team and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

We had some damage to our metal siding after we had some work done by a landscaping company. All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

From no communication to miscommunication, wrong items and wrong colors being ordered, missing start and finish dates, and leaving things unfinished. Hail happened in May, talked with company in June, didn't side house until January, and the project still isn't complete and it's almost March. Siding crew was great, Craig was great, and Scott was great.
