I wanted it to reflect the beauty of my house. It is to be used as dog kennel/garage. I designed both exterior and interior and showed Rolphe the floorplan and photos. Rolphe adapted it to a pole barn construction. He gave a very fair and affordable bid. He set up an easy to follow payment schedule tied into when construction materials were needed. All details were in the contract. No surprises. No additional costs later. He stuck to the plan. Rolphe was receptive to changes made before construction started. Because I needed a slightly bigger space to accommodate kennels. He worked with me to eliminate or postpone some of what was planned so the cost remained in my budget. 10 windows were enlarged and upgraded. It was easier to pay the supplier I chose, yet he picked up the windows. A carriage style door from his supplier was chosen. Since it was custom, I paid for it directly. For all those custom materials, he subtracted off the cost of his normal materials. His builders (subcontractors who work only for Spokane Post Frame), Shane and Mike, were outstanding. Both were extremely detailed and took pride in their work. All three were collaborative, finding ways to make the interior and exterior look more architecturally designed than most pole barns. Rolphe is easy to work with. His is very positive and communicates often to let the customer know when the construction will start, and how it is going. He let me know when each supplier was showing up to unload building materials, and when the inspector was coming. There were many unknowns such as weather and the site itself that affected the work. Shane and Mike stayed dedicated no matter what came up in the late fall - early winter build. They jackhammered rock to set the poles. They worked through rain, and freezes. Never complained, always moved forward. They showed up every day and worked a full day. I appreciate their professionalism. The construction started later than planned and lasted longer. But it was definitely worth the wait since I know the building was well made. The inspector, electrician, and cement floor layer all remarked at how well it was done. These independent contractors see a lot of pole barns, so I trust their feedback. I asked Rolphe for referrals for the aspects of the pole construction not included: site excavation, electricity, cement floor installation. I hired each one. Each independent contractor did excellent work, showed up when they said they would and charged fairly. Everything passed inspection with flying colors. Thank you Rolphe for making the whole process easier. PS: Spokane post frame built a pole building for my neighbor in 2004. 15 years later, it has "worn" well. It looks almost new. It has withstood a lot of heavy winters. Nothing has broken.

They are the worst…read more A total con artist. Lies upon lies. They have zero intention of completing your project. My building was to be completed the first week of June. We are now two months beyond that, and the building sits there with no garage doors. Rolfe, the owner, assured me doors would be installed early this week. Called this a.m. to say next week. Doesn't realize I've contacted his sub-contractor, who confirmed no doors ordered. He implied building would be built by his employees. He uses all sub-contractors. Several of these sub- contractors have confirmed he is a unreliable. I'm preparing to fire him from job and commence a lawsuit. I've carefully documented each lie, and the endless delays. These guys are horrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WUTH THEM.

The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.

These folks just aren't trustworthy in my opinion. We ordered two banks of expensive Marvin windows…read moreback in February 2026 to replace some contractor-grade windows in our 2005 spec-home in North Spokane. We intend to start replacing a bank of windows every six months or a year. NW Window came out to measure and then we ordered the windows. It took five months to get them - which is fine, as I understand that they're custom built, and that takes time - and then NW Window tried to install them. The installers were great, but they quickly noticed that the upstairs windows were fine, but the legacy trim could not be reused with the downstairs bank of windows. The person who had measured the windows back in February did not catch that there was a difference in trim depth between the upstairs and the downstairs. The next thing I received from NW Window was a quote for an additional almost $2K (plus even more for staining) to rebuild the window trim. This was on top of a sale of windows that was almost $24K. I get that no one is perfect, but you need to own your mistakes. NW Window, on the other hand, simply blamed the original contractor of our home for having inconsistent trim depth and is trying to shift the cost of their mistake to me. I will definitely look for a different window supplier in the future and will note to the window manufacturer, Marvin, that it should look for a more conscientious reseller in the Spokane, Washington area. Please note the ragged, more-than-3/8" gap in the trim on the picture below. It's sort of amusing that NW Window includes the following on the bottom of its invoices: "The bitterness of POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE is remembered long after the sweetness of a LOW PRICE is forgotten. Thank you for your business." They should read their own documents, as this was definitely an example of very POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE.
