You pay a lot of money to go here and get little to no experience you really need. The cosmo location is filthy and they do not take care of the laundry as they should. Giving wet towels to guests since they aren't dry etc. Mold and chemicals being used that the students get very little assistance and training with. Most of the time on the floor, we had maybe 2 teachers dor 40 students. Having guests go through 2+hour long haircuts since we had to get checked each time. When a guest would say someone was fast it usually was cause they messed up the cut etc. To be told by the head of the program, that we need to give more constructive criticism, while she is drunk rabling on about it and how students need to be the ones to bring the school up. What a failure of a place and a waste of time and money.

I was not rushed, my questions were answered honestly, and I was able to sit and "play" with a couple of the models. I had questions regarding Baby Lock and all were answered without pressure to buy from them vs "the other store". We visited the other store, and within 10 minutes, I knew I'd be going back to Hi Fashion. My husband and I went back to purchase a new Baby Lock. We pulled up and went in, telling one of the ladies we're back to buy the Meridian2! As we were wrapping up the sale, a woman came in and she was told "I'm sorry but we're closed." She mentioned she was needing one spool of thread. They were kind and helped her also. We thought they closed at 3pm, but they closed at 2. Never once were we made to feel rushed. I have the machine I love from a store I will be shopping at for years to come!

The needle bar stops in the middle not the top as it did for the last 30 years. Pulls my thread out when I start. Still not fixed after my second visit. I have a 2 hour drive to the store. i was asked not to come back. Now I have to drive 4 hours to Denver to fix their mistake. sad I shopped there for 37 years.

We checked in, lady was nice at the counter, we got our paints, and stood by our painting spots. 6:40 rolls by and a big group comes in without a reservation and she accepts them, she runs around setting up spots for the walk-ins and 6:50 rolls by and I'm frustrated. I think we got started around 7pm. She slightly rushed because she knew she was late. Besides all that, I can see how this is fun and can be an overall great experience.
