I was nicely greeted by Chris and he helped me out with my situation. The store carries high quality men's and women's clothing and accessories, most of which are made in the good old U.S.A. Chris was attentive to my needs and I appreciated the fact he was focusing on what I needed, not trying to force sell me anything he can in the store. I ended up buying a really nice 4th of july inspired button down shirt, some hair products, soap and candles, and an amazing filson leather belt that's made in seattle! I am glad i found this spot. This is definitely a unique spot like no other in the area., and the service is top notch. Definitely not rogue valley mall type of retailer!

These ladies were unbelievably patient and took amazing care of me. Natalie helped me with everything.I missed a few of the key measurements, but she spoke with my husband on the phone and to help him take the correct measurement. She coached him through, then assisted me in making an online order. I needed the suit to be shipped to me because there was no way that I could pick up the suit and then take it back the day after (insane amount of driving would be required). The online procedure was completed and it took up a lot of the associates time, but you would never know that. She helped me get coupons and a discount that was offered that I didn't know of.She was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped me through it all. Amazing is an under statement when describing Natalie. The second part is to say that doing an online order and having the suit shipped is the easiest procedure EVER. The suit came to us in a box with a handle with everything laid out perfect inside. When it was time to ship the suit and shoes back, they provided a detailed instruction card in an envelope with a return label and even a piece of tape to reseal the box to ship back. You place all pieces including shoes into the garment bag, seal and box and drop off at post office or Fed Ex....SO simple. We will definitely come back to Men's Warehouse to rent a suit again. I found some amazing pieces thanks to Leela's willingness to let me go through my process and to not give up on me, and she never ever pushed me. Her philosophy is that Outback in the Temple of Venus is a place where women can go to be heard and seen and cared for and listened to, and also they sell clothes. I felt totally comfortable with her. I was the only customer for most of the time I was there, and we chatted nonstop. I was there until closing time and she never rushed me.
