I was quite lucky to find the last package of my size hidden on the wrong peg behind a smaller size. There was only a few pegs of kid's sizes in this store... so when I say lucky.... I mean it. The only true complaint I would have is the wait to check out. I only saw one employee in the store who was helping another customer with a lengthy return. By the time additional help arrived at the registers to help him ... the line was 4 customers deep and going on 7-8 minutes wait time. I was there on a week-day during school hours and it didn't seem too busy.... But with limited help at the register, it seemed worse than it should have. Either way... Da-Laine offered his assistance as soon as I entered (I was looking for an apparently rare shoe my kid suddenly decided he won't wear anything else but‍) First Da-Laine checked stock, called 3 stores, took me on the stores personal site & long story short he directed me to a competitors page that I was able to order them. Although, he wasn't able to directly help me he went the EXTRA MILE to help a mother in distress (of sorts)

White man says "If we don't do our job by asking then we'll be fired" As we were standing in line and multiple people enters the store, no one asked what we were asked, no one was harassed with these questions.... Unbelievable!!!! We both have good jobs which is a blessing with a beautiful family and good people and we get targeted! That was not customer service! It was harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sales rep at the cashier asked who helped us.... We told him everyone on the line , every 5 minutes!!! We don't steal! We were just trying to take advantage of the "no sale- sales at the store ! My girls love shoes and we often find some good things. They definitely found good things but we did not buy them anything. My son has not taken his crocs off since we left. They had a really good selection of shoes here. From tennis shoes to Birkenstocks to crocs. There's actually a large Birkenstock selection. Same prices online which is good. We had an award that we didn't know about that was on our account that we were able to use as well. I was thankful they looked it up today. For the most part a regular famous footwear and you should be able to find some good things!
