Everyone is so friendly. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable in the jacuzzi because of the proximity to other people. A downside is not enough equipment or broken equipment. The facility is fantastic in so many ways and the folks that I have met there are all friendly and helpful. Using the indoor track is easy and works in any kind of weather. Early in the morning or late at night it's not too busy, during daytime hours it tends to get pretty crowded. Locker rooms/showers are decent, but there's been a lot of paper towel trash and such scattered around on several occasions when I go in. They're okay, but not great. One of the main reasons I chose this gym was because it had a sauna. However, it would be nice if it were given a good cleaning once in a while. In the four years I've been here, I've never seen it get a full deep clean. A few spots of the benches are cracked and the heater has broken down on several occasions over the past few months. Sauna needs an overhaul in general, but is in desperate need of a real cleaning. Staff, no complaints at all. The staff is probably the best thing this place has going for it. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but have never had an issue with any of them. Every staff member I've interacted with has been good people.
