The space is pretty basic but comes with lockers, clean bathrooms and a shower. The "gym" itself is broken up by punching bags, weight benches and polymeric equipment along the wall. You go through 8 rounds alternating between the sections. They have all sorts of cool lights and projections around the room and the music is BUMPIN! So you almost forget you're totally busting your ass! The instructors/coaches are great! Really motivating and always willing to help/demonstrate the exercises if you forget or are confused. Kelly and Sav were super awesome and I'm excited to take more of their classes. This is a tough workout for 45min but you feel like you've really worked for it! So I recommend giving it a shot if you're looking for a new way to spice up your workout routines!

For first time attendees, you'll fill out a waiver at the front desk and the girl was really sweet. There are two changing stalls available and they also have clothes for sale. Bathrooms and parking were also available. The studio was bright and cheerful and there was plenty of space for us. Our instructor Jen was super supportive and I liked her teaching style - she was very positive and emphasized the importance of making this our workout. She also made sure to lay out what section of the class we were going to do next. The equipment needed is also written out at the front (for this class we used medicine balls and a bar). The class ended with a stretch on the barre and Jen asked us for our names as we put the equipment away (so nice!). Overall I had a positive experience and it was a good workout.
