However, I bought some gifts here and was told by the cashier I had until a certain day to return them. I was told that the gift was a size small. So when I went to return it they refused because it was part of a bogo 50% off promotion! Mind you I only bought one pair! They wouldn't even let me exchange for one size difference! Extremely rude customer service! Also, one of the leggings I gave as a gift ripped from the ankle within hours of her wearing them. I will avoid this store from now on!

I stopped in at location on 05/18/26 and received top tier care and service from Josefina-- this rep went the extra mile to make sure we had the right pair of boots (size, width, date), recommended a boot care kit that went along with our choice, AND once they learned that we were union affiliated took the extra time after all that personal care to make sure our discount was in. Honestly one of the best and most hands on experiences I've had at a Boot Barn and to top it all off, our Apprentice loves the boots and appreciated the care we as a team (Boot Barn, Myself, and Josefina) were able to extend. Top tier care all around and I, as a customer, are extremely pleased and will be returning here for future purchases / service as often as needed. The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

I came here to get my wedding dress altered. I had originally booked an appointment with this place…read morecalled Tyla's Bride and she was supposed to come to my home to do the alterations, but she never showed up. I had called several times and left messages but she didn't respond to me until hours later saying she was busy with other appointments. Completely unprofessional, so don't go to Tyla's. I then went to Elizabeth's Tailoring. She does alterations out of her home. She's a very nice woman and super easy to work with. She was also way more affordable than Tyla's. Elizabeth's Tailoring charged me $400 for my dress alterations to have it hemmed (6 layers of skirt and tulle); taking it in on top and redesigning the top a little bit to fit me better, which included removing lace florals and sewing them back on; adding a bustle; altering the back to cover a little more skin; and steaming the dress. Tyla quoted me at $1000 to start, so this was much better. I came to her kind of late (a month to spare) and she got it done timely and beautifully. I was very happy with everything. Plus, she is just so nice and easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable.

They even color coordinated the decorations too. When I came, the door had a table full of blue and white porcelain decorations, and at another table, there were many green vases and statues Lots of variety of clothes and makeup, skincare you could find here too. I'd say the value is great for those items in particular. My only gripe is how MESSY an USED the makeup were -- I didnt find any lip products and powders I liked because they were all smashed up, or someone had opened them before I arrived. The skincare packages were in better condition, and those were worth checking out

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As a new entrepreneur looking for a possible vendor, I happened…read moreupon this place and the guy seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and business like. I showed him a couple of images on my phone and they were squared as photos or photos like images will be on the phone, and I expressed him that I did not want that squared up look that picture frame type look and he assure me that it would be blended in to the shirts only had two shirts, two different designs. He told me 3 business days I waited five and I called him back this morning at 11:30. They said it would be they would be ready by 3:30. I waited until 415 and I called back.The Man asked me if I had if I could resend the image of one of the shirts that I want printed and I asked them what happened they were emailed to you both images. What happened to them? He claimed someone must have taken them and put it in their own personal file. He said one shirt was ready and the other file was misplaced or something and then asked me to hold on for a quick minute which I said fine! Had me on hold for 30 minutes I drove all the way 30 minutes to the to the business only for him to bring the shirts out and I'm still on hold when I walked in the store he brought the shirts out and they were squared and I asked him why were they squared and he told me that that's the only way that they can. That's the way they're gonna come out because that's the way the picture was and then we went back-and-forth and why would you tell me that it wouldn't be squared that it would be blended into the shirt so that it wouldn't look like that so .not only were they late ,but they're inconsistent first impression is last impression so beware this is active impressions. Beware there are entirely too many other businesses around that will treat you fairly. STAND CLEAR!! So for some ungodly reason, the manager or whoever he says he is decides to reply to my review in a manner in which it makes them look like the victim. Hmmmm.... I never spoke to this person once! Only the person that I placed the order with and there was absolutely no mention of any artist consulting or redesigning or anything of the sort! The person that took the order and the money answered all questions with reassurance that the shirts would not come out that way and how it's only square like that on the photo, but for sure would blend in the perimeter, and this was with confidence! As for phone attempts to re-request the file? What since would it make for me to not respond? I already paid! How did they get separate files that were sent together? They flat out lied, dropped the ball and what took so long to contact me if they are being truthful which they are not. And it is very easy to manufacture stories to your benefit when you are trying to protect your business, but right is right! I didn't even demand my money back which I should have, but these were strictly quality samples for me as I expressed in the beginning. This was an honest attempt to share a real business experience, but just a really bad taste in the mouth. A measly 64 dollars it cost to not ever do business here again.
