I stopped in at location on 05/18/26 and received top tier care and service from Josefina-- this rep went the extra mile to make sure we had the right pair of boots (size, width, date), recommended a boot care kit that went along with our choice, AND once they learned that we were union affiliated took the extra time after all that personal care to make sure our discount was in. Honestly one of the best and most hands on experiences I've had at a Boot Barn and to top it all off, our Apprentice loves the boots and appreciated the care we as a team (Boot Barn, Myself, and Josefina) were able to extend. Top tier care all around and I, as a customer, are extremely pleased and will be returning here for future purchases / service as often as needed. The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

I came here to get my wedding dress altered. I had originally booked an appointment with this place…read morecalled Tyla's Bride and she was supposed to come to my home to do the alterations, but she never showed up. I had called several times and left messages but she didn't respond to me until hours later saying she was busy with other appointments. Completely unprofessional, so don't go to Tyla's. I then went to Elizabeth's Tailoring. She does alterations out of her home. She's a very nice woman and super easy to work with. She was also way more affordable than Tyla's. Elizabeth's Tailoring charged me $400 for my dress alterations to have it hemmed (6 layers of skirt and tulle); taking it in on top and redesigning the top a little bit to fit me better, which included removing lace florals and sewing them back on; adding a bustle; altering the back to cover a little more skin; and steaming the dress. Tyla quoted me at $1000 to start, so this was much better. I came to her kind of late (a month to spare) and she got it done timely and beautifully. I was very happy with everything. Plus, she is just so nice and easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable.

They even color coordinated the decorations too. When I came, the door had a table full of blue and white porcelain decorations, and at another table, there were many green vases and statues Lots of variety of clothes and makeup, skincare you could find here too. I'd say the value is great for those items in particular. My only gripe is how MESSY an USED the makeup were -- I didnt find any lip products and powders I liked because they were all smashed up, or someone had opened them before I arrived. The skincare packages were in better condition, and those were worth checking out
