I have shopped here a few different times and it's always a very hostile environment. The employees…read moreare exceptionally rude for no reason, treat people like criminals for existing and don't seem to believe in customer service. They had signage above holiday merchandise that read "ADDITIONAL 25% OFF" but then said the ticketed prices were the final prices. Several of us shopping let them know that wouldn't be "additional" then. The employee at the register asked "so we're supposed to give you all an ADDITIONAL 25% off?" Well, yes. That's what the sign says. Other times I've been here, their restroom is very dirty and not maintained. The clothes are frequently in disarray with so many pieces hanging on one rack you can't slide hangers over to shop the items. Many broken home goods items left on shelves. The primary issue though is the unprofessional employees. While the lines are slow, I would be more inclined to visit the location if the employees acted like they worked customer service rather than talking to people like they work at Rikers Island.

He said he can't give me the 10 dollars because there was no timestamp on the ticket. I advised him he's the one that gave me the ticket with no timestamp, and I have the receipt with the time listed on there. He said no and I SHOULD have gave him the ticket before going in the store so he can add the time. after going back and forth a couple times I realized this is how they are making their money off of people. This is normally a harrowing experience. With the possible exception of the food section, most Dollar Generals I've been to look like a tornado went through the store with a vengeance. Not so with this branch. I was shocked by two things: First the aisles were wide, easily accommodating two people side by side. Second, the aisles were well organized and *neat*. It was actually a bit disconcerting, as if the natural order of Dollar General itself had been disrupted. The store had customers, but it wasn't particularly crowded so check out was quick and easy. In addition to being in a nice town, this is a great example that other Dollar Generals should aspire to be.

The photo frames are not durable for the long term but they're great if you need to use them just once ie for a party. They also had individual chips, waters and sodas.
