Because we're careful shoppers, we've had great luck with a variety of products, especially with things like luxury chocolates (well, for me, Brookside is outside my budget at a regular store, but I love the Dark Chocolate Pomegranate flavor) and recently-past-date chips. They've had a decent selection of gluten free stuff, too, and cereal at $5. for 3 boxes is great, especially when the brands are mainline and pricey ones like Kashi, Cherrios, etc. We're not tea or coffee drinkers, but I've seen Starbucks flavors and other exotic brews all at discounted prices, and they even have the $1. container of mini dried marshmallows that are so great in cocoa and on ice cream. We've been shopping there for just under a year, and the staff (I think most are family?) has always been kind and friendly. We're just so grateful that between McGary's, dollar discount places and thrift stores, we do ok on a fixed income and can even splurge on the occasional bag of Brookside chocolates or mini marshmallows. Some items are expired so if that bothers you, don't waste your time. The place was packed to the brim, I could've spent a couple of hours walking around. Perhaps our visit last year was during a good time, but it seemed inventory was down, and prices were up. The art selections were fewer, and the variety of collectables seemed fewer, too. The quality of merchandise is usually pretty high, but prices have gone up, reducing the perceived value, overall, of the merchandise. There is much junk, but it's easy to comb through. It's worth a visit.

The prices are about average for an antique store. They have great selection but I wish there was more stuff and less furniture just as a personal preference. The people are super sweet and are exactly the kind of people I would want to be friends with. There is a ton of parking in front and in the back. The doors are automatic and there's an elevator and accessible bathroom so the whole building is very accessible. The really designed their new location around being inclusive to everybody and I love seeing that in Arizona. I go here every time I visit Tucson and always look forward to my next trip. However, as you start paying closer attention a lot of their stuff has scratches, damage or defects. We bought a rug there. Brought it home and noticed a defect. It went back to the store. On a different occasion I purchased an accent table online. A couple of hours later I get a call from the store. It turns out all of the tables they have in stock have scratches so the purchase had to be canceled. Luckily they have a great return policy. You have 60 days to return an item no questions asked...I guess overall it's good to have a place like that near by but look your purchases over carefully...
