They also have housewares, snacks, cheap casual clothes (like leggings, pajamas, underwear, socks, etc...) and lots of household stuff. I wouldn't look for nice outfits or dress clothes here, but what they have is great for casual wear. If I lived here I'd be here a lot! I got 6 t-shirts, a pair of pajama pants and luggage tags for my daughter for under $40! At the airport I would have paid a lot more. Made me happy!

I explained that the dress is $7.99, so I paid and then went to get the other dress to prove it. The cashier went over to the rack and came back with OTHER dresses and then said she "knows how much each clothes are" and said these are "$7.99, not yours". I told her it says that price and she said no. Overall, felt like I was lied, next time I will definitely check the prices. I definitely didn't think the same dresses will have different prices and then have that cashier pretty much say, she knows all the prices even though it says differently. This place is a scam! I wonder how much will it be if I grabbed the $7.99 dress? I don't mind the extra $2, but this is not how business is done. Get yourself together!

Their clothing section was so randomly placed. There were clothes on the rack a bit mixed up. There were a lot of clothing merchandise that were messy on the shelf or in boxes instead of being neatly placed. It really felt like you were rummaging in a warehouse. This is a very large store and you have to be patient to shop here. Their prices are ok, not the cheapest but it really depends on what you are looking for and what a person considers low price. As I was browsing another item, the cashier called out and asked me to exchange the dollar I had just given her because she claimed her customers wouldn't accept it. She said it looked "too old." I explained it was real U.S. currency, suggested she test it or take it up with the bank, and reminded her the transaction was already completed. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she insisted on a new bill. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. If this store is going to accept cash, they need better training on how to handle legal tender and treat paying customers with courtesy. I always shop here. Will rethink future purchases.

We always had Mini Max and Dee and Dee, which was the old name, before they rebranded, to D2. The store was a discount store but never had anything out of place, they were always friendly and courteous and eager to assist. This location opened up last month and it's much better. Still heat, still friendly, but much larger and bright. Still with great pricing. Hopefully the community welcomes them back with open arms, like I did. It was crowded, so I believe so.
