I rarely write reviews but I had to write one regarding my purchase and service at 99 bikes Castle Hill. Had to wait a bit due to customer demand, being a weekend, plus a sale on, however once my partner and I were attended to by Charles it was awesome. Nothing was a drama. Any question was answered or any issues raised was sorted. I really cannot praise Charles service enough. From Setting the bike up and how to dismantle it and maintain it. Recommending different helmets, pegs and tubeless setup info. It was awesome service. I will definitely be back for any future parts or items needed. Thank you! read more

We bought a bike from elsewhere and wanted help to fix the bike. There was a small defect in the bike which they could not fix as they did not have the spare part for our bike. But, instead, they let us know what part to be requested from the manufacturer. We requested the spare part from the manufacturer and on receiving the part brought the bike back to 99 bikes for fixing. Gerald was amazing. He was very kind and knowledgable. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. It was a long wait for a difficult to access part but when it finally arrived Matt who serviced my bike went out of his way to provide top shelf customer service. This included rescheduling his day off so he could be available on a day when I was free and then fitting the parts. I love my bike and love that the team at 99 Bikes feel the same way. Their sales service when I bought my bike was fantastic and then the service team were a pleasure to leave my bike with for a tune-up. The store is busy every time I go in there, and it's no wonder, the Castle Hill team embody the lifestyle they are providing - staff and customers always look really happy - it's a great vibe in there! Visited the Castle Hill shop and found a great professional bike shop with very friendly staff and a great choice and range of products. Purchased a road bike and found the staff very knowledgeable on the bike I was interested in purchasing. Very satisfied with the bike and would recommend if looking at test riding a bike to call in and see the team at 99 Bikes Castle Hill. We took our 5 year old twin grandchildren to the Castle Hill store to select new bikes for their birthday. We were served by Charles who was helpful and knowledgeable and more importantly he kept the children enthralled throughout their experience. At Ryde, the workshop team Mick and Michael were helpful with accommodating a quick inspection on potential (now confirmed) damage to my bike. At Castle Hill, workshop team Phil, Jordan and Andrew have all been helpful with providing advice where required. A fantastic experience to date with friendly service and workshop teams.
