I complained about the smell afterwards, which was just plain all water smell. No chemicals was used. He said he did. I could've cleaned my own carpet with my machine. The deodorizer I use smell really good and it cleans. oh well I guess I will learn by thw reviews next time . Manager was supposed to call and never did. I guess they don't care!!!
