He took the time to explain our options and the process, then provided a competitive quote. He was knowledgeable and addressed any concerns we had. Brandon, as the project manager, was fantastic. He was in constant communication with us and advised what was happening on a detailed day to day basis. The workmanship of the installation team was outstanding, and the crew paid close attention to detail while keeping the job site clean and organized. Numerous neighbors commented that they had never seen a roofing job that was as organized and as clean as ours. The new roof looks fantastic and I have every confidence in the quality of the installation. The company also provided great followup, including several inspections including a final walkthrough to make sure any remaining debris (nails, etc) were cleared. I highly recommend RHI Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, communicative and skilled roofing contractor. Thanks to all involved for a job well done.

I had already received a quote from a national chain and really wanted to support another small business. During the initial consultation, I was chatting with the assistant and he confirmed that not only could they reface my kitchen cabinets... they would love to help me replace my antiquated carpet for updated vinyl flooring. The quote for cabinets AND new floors was basically the same amount that the national cabinet chain had quoted me for just the kitchen?? They were very accommodating with creating invoices that my HOA would greenlight, and met the requirements for soundproofing my second floor unit. The technicians kept updated on all processes from consultant to appointment. The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . I didn't want to create any unnecessary movements or furniture displacement for my technician!! They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! I am beyond happy with the results! My unit looks and feels so much bigger with my beautiful new floors. It is exactly what I was looking for and then SOME!!! It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. JMK Miami Contractor is simply an outstanding company. I bought a house in Coral Gables and…read moreimmediately started working on my plan to build an addition on my 8000 square feet property. The plan was to convert my 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom home. I'm so thankful for finding JMK. Prior to contracting them, I literally vetted 15+ contractors, automatically eliminating the ones that didn't show up to appointments. Then asked for references. With the references, I conducted an in person interview. Jess and Mehdi are extremely professional and personable. Their pricing is reasonable too. Most importantly I knew they'd deliver on the job. Although the city of Coral Gables has a complicated permitting process, JMK navigated that process smoothly and completed the addition without a single change order and in time. We're so happy about the end product and the finish. @JMK, I look forward to our next project. I have good plans ahead!

In mid-2023, we hired JMK Construction (the contractor) to perform structural repairs, painting,…read morebalcony waterproofing, and railing replacement. The balconies were waterproofed but not leveled as requested by the Board of Directors, and when it rains, large puddles of water accumulate throughout the whole balcony floor. When the board of directors brought this to the attention of JMK Construction, they said leveling the floor of the balconies was not included in the over $16,000 paid. New railings did not have proper screw holes made for cone head shaped screws. Half of railings boots do not fit. In December 2024, the railings failed inspection. At the end of March 2025 the Board informed Lanyon Heinemann, the responsible party at JMK Construction that if by May 1st the issues with the railings were not resolved, complaints would be filed against the licenses of JMK Construction and Construction Integrated Services, and that the board of directors would seek legal action against JMK Construction, who holds the signed contract with the board of directors. As of May 8th, 2025, well over a month after, the railings situation has not been resolved. The board contacted the City of Miami building department on 5/5/25 and was informed that the pending revisions have been approved since 4/17/25 and that a payment is due from the contractor and that the City of Miami building department notified the contractor via e-mail. More days have passed, and no one from JMK construction has checked on this issue, after so many complaints about the extreme delay of this job. The owners and board of directors of The Blue Condominium Association feel defrauded, abused, and ignored mainly by JMK Construction who holds the signed contract with the building for all the repairs, and also by Construction Integrated Services, a company with horrible reputation, who has repeatedly lied to and ignored messages from the board of directors.

Stay far away from MO Builders & Co. LLC…read more What should have been a 3 month renovation turned into a 9 month disaster filled with unsafe, substandard work. I paid $69K out of $74K and was left with a condo full of serious defects. The workmanship is shocking: exposed electrical wires, leaking plumbing due to improper installation (no real P-trap), non-working outlets, crooked cabinets, and terrible drywall and paint throughout. Both granite floating bathroom countertops are sagging and look like they're about to fall, with a 1" gap at one end. Even worse, the TV wall mount was never secured to studs, causing my brand new 65" TV to crash to the floor and shatter to many pieces. There were also major red flags, including unlicensed workers and illegal dumping that resulted in a temporary ban from the property. The owner, Raymir Lopez, was completely unprofessional, refused to fix these issues unless paid in full upfront and refused to cooperate with inspections. I had to work directly with the town and his insurance company just to move forward. This was a costly, stressful nightmare. Do not hire this company.

Shannon went completely above and beyond to help my family and thoroughly investigate what was going on. He was incredibly thorough, checking the entire roof system and going deep into the attic cavity to carefully track down the source of the issues. He took the time to actually look for the problems rather than just give us a quick answer. He was honest, incredibly compassionate, and immediately secured an emergency weather tarp over our roofline fascia to help stop active water from getting into our garage ceiling. He didn't push a fast sales pitch he took the time to investigate, explain what he found, and give us real, data-driven answers. There were multiple issues, A wheel barrel thrown off the roof of the 4 story build. Tar got into the ac condensate line that 3 of the 4 units had to have the walls cut open and the pipe changed out. On the first floor we had to have the foundation of the residents patio dug up to get the condensate line replace under the patio. Rocky said it was not them. They also closed off one of the mansard hatches on the roof. Their office could not get the invoices correct they had the build numbers and invoices missed matched, and after I sent them copies of the invoices they sent us and gave them a copies of the checks we sent to them their office still could not comprehend the invoice was paid, they even threatened going to court, I was ready as I had all my paperwork in order (it never went to court), I even offered to go to the office and help them out. There were a total of 4 buildings that were 4 stories that were contracted with Rocky to re-roof. There were 2 fires that got out of hand from the tar pot and the fire department had to be called. Im glad that the people that hired this company for a single family house we satisfied However I would not recommend this company for anything over a single story. Do your homework.
