Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. I was also told that the owner would come out the next day, but he never showed up. The third-party technician brought a key fob that he was unable to program to my vehicle. When I contacted the business about the situation, I was also unhappy with the responses and communication I received. I expected clear communication, professionalism, and honesty about who would be providing the service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
