The staff were really friendly, came to check on us frequently. This lounge allows cigar smoking, so avoid if sensible to smoke. Don't quote me on this, but there might be a smoke-free area. Had the 906 wings two years ago while passing through the town on our way home. They were amazing, I mean literally the best wings that I have ever had, complete with bacon jam, and hot honey. They were so good. I would tell people how amazing they were. So on our way home this year we planned the trip home to stop in Fort Smith, Arkansas to go to 906 lounge. My husband and I both got the 906 wings and they were awful. They came with hot honey, and I asked for some bacon jam and she brought me out more hot honey. Great place with a nice vibe. They really need better live entertainment. Seems like something a bit more classy to go with the decor than just a guy on guitar and another on harmonica. I added this to my saved list and so glad that I did. This is a jem in the midst of downtown. I used my yelp app to find that would entertaining. To my good fortune, the lounge is locate within walking distance of my hotel. From the front it looks like a small venue but do not be fooled. My husband and I came into this bar as we walked past in town and thought it looked nice from the outside. When we went inside we decided to sit at the bar and we were surprised and how beautiful the decor was. Surprisingly I missed that this was a cigar bar too. Not a bad thing, just surprised. I saw cocktail and said Let's Go!!. We were able to sit and drink rum and cokes. It was a nice setting in three brown comfy chairs, near the bar. I can't speak for the cigars, but the drinks were delicious. It was pretty quiet for the debut for Thursday Night Football, but it was refreshing since it was a long day on the road. I can't say enough about the service. The entire staff was friendly, personable and ready to help. They can guide you through the cigar selection process, cut your cigar, light it and set you up for a terrific visit. My server for this visit was Brooklyn and she was amazing. Plenty of options to be with a big group or seclude as a couple. Nice heated patio with huge industrial ceiling fan at the front, looking onto Garrison allowed for premium people watching lol. Huge screen in the back for the big game. Several TVs throughout but not overpowering like BWW. Great ventilation too. We smelled like cigar smoke. But more like my own, and not the other 60 cigars burning in there like you would experience in some places. Will be back. Will bring friends. Updated review: Generally love going here but the quality of the food has declined. A favorite is the 906 wings. Now they are 906 nuggets. House salad was made with artisan lettuce before, now just an iceberg lettuce salad kit dumped in a bowl. Wonton nachos are still consistently good. This place is absolutely amazing! Personally, I love to smoke a good cigar and have a decent scotch. Any place that allows me to do this gets my approval. However, the 906 Lounge is incredible! The atmosphere, the selections, the comfort, the service, the surroundings is like nothing else that can be experienced in this area. This is more like a Las Vegas milieu, without the pressure to waste money on slots and roulette. It's like Mike P. stated, "my words would do it no real justice..." Even if one doesn't smoke or drink (and I feel sorry for you), there is no better place to sit around, have an appetizer and water (served in very fine goblets with pressured lids) and discuss how blessed you are to be there! The ventilation system here is astounding! The vents are in the floor and complete air changes within the facility occur every four minutes (if I am not mistaken). If smoke bothers you, I don't think you will be bothered at all. I love the humidor and the cigar selection! The draft beer selection is superb! Domestic bottles of beer are only $3. I haven't tried the appetizers yet, but they looked exquisite. (Did I mention they have a 12 ft. x 8 ft. flat screen TV in the back area???) One can also sit in the forward section of the Lounge and listen to elegant live piano music. Go! Bring your lady! You will love it! read more

This relatively new establishment is mediocre at best: Pros: nice layout and seating for lounging, decent jazz music, and good ventilation for indoor smoking. Cons, drinks and food. If you're coming to eat or drink, this is not a great choice. The mixed "Pink" drink ($10) had no hint of alcohol despite being served as a martini. 2 were brought to the table and looked entirely different in color. Changing over to wine to avoid another failed mix drink, I was served a short pour of Sauvignon blanc (maybe 4-5 oz max). The food was an equally bad experience. 2 types of wings on the menu. One was greasy and lacked any crisp. The other was crispy but over seasoned. The homemade ranch was the only saving grace. Overall this place could do a lot better in the drinks and food department especially at this price point. Sadly, I won't be back. read more

The last time I had visited 906 was pre-Covid. The staff was rude and the service was poor.It's now over a year later and returning to Fort Smith I thought I would find a lounge where I could sit in a corner and quietly have a beer by myself with no fear of contracting a Covid related illness. Google maps clearly says they open at 2 PM. So when I walked in today at 2:15 PM there was no one around. I stood and quietly waited Until what appeared to be the manager walked out. He was rude and immediately told me "no we're not open we don't open until four". I said "I'm sorry but my maps said you opened it 2. He told me "yeah people tell me that and every time I go and check it says 4, so I don't know where you're coming up with that?" I pulled out my phone and showed him exactly what my maps said, that it opened it 2! He had no response. I thought I would give 906 one more try. But 906 will never have my business, they're rude, snotty, And I don't appreciate being talked to like I tried to rob the place. If you're not open lock your fucking door! It's bad practice to call your customers liars to their faces when you are clearly in the wrong sir.
