The yoga helps me destress and clear my mind, as well as stretch my body and challenge me to accomplish poses. They are so welcoming and don't give off a snobby attitude if they haven't seen you in a little bit. Each of the rooms have a different class that plays every other hour for 24 hours. Between Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Yoga, Hot Warrior, and so many more, I never get bored. The FX weight area in the back is equipped with plenty of equipment. The manager, Ashley is so friendly! While Hotworx is more expensive than your traditional gym setting, it's much more accessible (24/7 hours) than other boutique exercise experiences and is much cheaper than their competition.

There were several to choose from but I picked out Mindful Motion Yoga for 2 reasons: one, it was a convenient location for my sister, and two, because they had a beginners class on Friday evening, which was when we wanted to go. Our first class was free, always a bonus. Before we went, I called to make sure that the info on the website was up-to-date, and it was. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I had been speaking to the owner, Terri. She's a gracious host and savvy business woman. We took a beginners / relaxation class with Christina and she was great. If I lived in Jacksonville I would definitely return.
