OK so if you dont want to read my long story below here is the gist:…read moreThe Store is great, the people there are awesome. If you're not sure what you need, they'll happily help and the products are awesome. Some of my friends don't like chemical guys because it is "overpriced" and they stick to their cheap walmart stuff. Just gonna say, my car is shinier, better looking and much older than any of their cars. Also, you wouldn't expect to go into a Mercedes-Benz dealership and try to buy a nice new luxury S-Class for the same price as a cheap toyota avalon. These products are great and they are honestly affordable too. My friends are just cheap. Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, Let me tell you all a story. A story about how my car got almost destroyed by a dump truck on the highway and how this chemical guys store saved my ass. Here I am, one Thursday night at 11 pm at the jax airport. I had just landed from a business trip that was honestly a little annoying to go on. I'm tired, I'm sleepy but i get to my car, sit in and smile. Finally almost home. I turn on the car and head down the highway to my apartment, everything is going fine. Then out of nowhere, I notice that the cars in front of me are braking suddenly for no reason. I get in the other lane and pass them and I notice there are rocks and dirt all over the round flying. I try my best to dodge them but then I see it, I see where the crap is coming from. Some idiot dump truck was full of dirt and it was LEAKING ALL OVER THE HIGHWAY! I try to get near to pass it, but i cant! The closer I get, the more dirt and the bigger the rocks are too! "What do i do" i say to myself. Then the highway widens and the truck stays on the right lane (possibly the first time a truck is in the lane it is SUPPOSED TO BE IN). I noticed that the dirt is escaping on the right side and I think to myself, well i can floor it, stay in the left lane and hope for the best. So i do. Click, Clank, bunk, booms all over the front of my car; rocks and dirt hitting my baby but suddenly it stops! Im through! Thank god! and I keep going home. When I park, I look at the damage and see that although my car is COVERED in what looks like clay and mud, there wasn't any dents or huge chips from the dirt. It must've been wet clay or mud I guess so I go on inside and sleep. Saturday - I wake up feeling like P Diddy, and go down to wash my car. It rained during the night but Im sure there was still going to be a ton of dirt on it. I get my car washing supplies, set up and wash. As I tried scrubbing the front i realized that the dirt wasn't coming off... put some more soap on the sponge, scrub a little harder but NADA. "shit, shit, shit" I think to myself. This is a lease and I can't afford to have to repaint the front when I turn it in in a couple months. I keep going, keep adding soaps and scrubs but NOTHING. It is like the clay/mud had dried onto my paint and was now one with it. "Holy shit nuggets batman!" what do I do. As I was going into a slight panic, I remembered about the Chemical Guys Detail Garage Store that's down the street from me. My stuff here wasn't cutting it so I decided to drive on down and ask if they could help. I get to the store and inside I see this nice gentleman who goes by the name of Timothy. "Hey man, how can I help you?" said Timothy. I shakily responded, "I need help, my car is covered in crap and it won't come off!". Timothy then responded "Lets go look at it and see if we got anything that can help". We get to the car, and Timothy inspects the damage, "wow it is really caked on there" he said. ...no shit sherlock I thought to myself. We go back inside and he gets a clay bar and some lube (hihi) for it and go back to the car. He begins rubbing the paint with the bar and i couldn't believe it! the crap was coming off!!! We go back inside and he recommended i get the Citrus Wash and Gloss (they were out of the tough mudder soap at the moment) to wash off as much as I could, then go to town with the clay and the lube (hihihi). He rings me up and I am omw back to try again. Get back and here I am ready with my new arsenal ready to tackle the dirt. I get my soap and water and try again. Some dirt came off sure but most of it was still caked on there like the pages of a playboy magazine under a 14 year old's bed. Then I bring out the clay. To my amazement, it Comes Off!!! Like a dog licking peanut butter off a spoon, the dirt is slowly being lifted off. I couldn't believe it!. "Thank the lord and the baby jesus" I thought to myself. I'm not even that religious but this made me believe in Miracles. I got lucky, and I'd like to thank Timothy for his help today. I was sure I would have to show up at a dealer and pay with my left kidney to get the crap off. Now I can rest easy knowing my car is safe with my local chemical guys store nearby.

Messaged Cory one evening asking about products for our neglected vehicles, and not only did he…read morerespond with minutes, he shortly thereafter had scheduled appointments with me to have the cars done a few days later. Further, Cory showed up on time and put some tough hours in on our two cars to make them showroom ready. My lovely wife was floored with the quality job on her car, simply saying it hasn't looked that good since she purchased the vehicle. Both cars were spotless. The service was well worth the time and Cory was fully invested in our cars. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Read before spending the $$$$…read more Revising my rating. I had Cory come out for "my annual maintenance" a few months back. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. Don't waste more time researching and calling around. Sure, check out their reviews. I have yet to see another company or business of any kind with all 5-star reviews.
