She did not file my taxes correctly, and as a result, the IRS charged me around $5,000 in fees related to the year she prepared my return. Since I switched to a new accountant, my taxes have been accurate and I haven't had any more issues with the IRS. I do not recommend Daniela Menache -- she is arrogant, stressed, and never seems to have time to properly assist her clients.

We had only a couple of hours before sailing, and they said we probably wouldn't make it. I was devastated, but we Ubered to a DMV about 30 minutes away, hoping for a miracle. When I arrived- shaken and in tears - a gentleman outside, asked how he could help. His name was Damien Pippens, division Director of branch services. He listened to positive my situation, immediately brought me inside, and asked the team to take me first because it was an emergency. I was in and out in 20 minutes, renewed license in hand, and we made our cruise! Damien Pippens truly save the day! He was professional, kind, and compassionate, and his quick action made all the difference. Miami - Dade County is very lucky to have someone like Damien serving the community. This office has my title and when I call or come to the office they cannot locate it. I call again today to see if they found it and the lady on the phone said "who did you speak to yesterday? If you don't have a name I can't help you" .... Sorry I don't speak Spanish friend, but that was extremely rude. So I go to the office just to them to tell me AGAIN they don't have it or cannot locate it WITHOUT helping me. I've paid TWICE for temp plates and now will not be able to drive thanks to this office. I have a dying mother in law, an 11 year old and 2 jobs. This is the worst service I've received since being in this beautiful city. Do not come here 0/10
