Had a major issue with PODS, they let my container slide on their forklift forks and it broke the floor out of my moving container. The manager called me to explain the situation and gave me a solution of getting a new, more sturdy container and hiring movers to do the work of moving my items from the broken container to the new one. They ended up covering the cost to hire 87 Movers to do so. The two gentlemen that did the transfer of the items were great, they were careful and helped fish everything out of the broken flooring as it sat on one of the PODS flatbed trucks on their loading dock. I can only speak for this one experience, but the guys were solid and I appreciated their effort to get it done swiftly and carefully. read more

Terrible service wouldn't recommend they forgot items in the move that was left back from a 40 foot Matson container. And I only had 27 gallon storage bins. They could not fit 2 vehicles in Matson container. Their packing was very disorganized from start to end. Their took out things from the container 3 time trying to fit my cars in. Had to ship my car separately and paid more money. The owner is very very disorganized. Do not use the company. They had to hire independent people from other company. read more

I used them for my move at the end of June. They did a decent job for the most part. They showed up a little bit late, but stuff happens. They were super great at padding stuff to load and move it. Load out was pretty good. Until a vintage piece of glass got broken. Tony promised to replace it - borrowing another piece for measuring it - and I still haven't gotten it. No response to my messages and it's been almost six months and it's holding up some of my unpacking. That's what makes me not fully confident in recommendation. read more

This company moved my mom three months ago. They broke her adjustable bed in the process. It's been three months of excuses, and wrong part ordered, and lies. No one comes when they saw they will, very unreliable. Their "fix it" guy is unreliable and constantly makes excuses. We are going to pay an outside firm to do the repair and send them the bill. I would not even give these movers a 1 star. Let's start with the 1st appointment when the owner didn't even show up to give my estimate. When I called him he said he was busy and couldn't get to a scheduled appointment. That should have been my first clue. When he did show up I told him it would like 4 guys here. He said he thinks 3 was enough. I was running out of time to find someone else. The day of moving got pushed to the next day due to rain. Honestly that afternoon they could have done it. The day of only 2 guys show up. The owner Tony tells me that he is having staffing issues. I had no idea they only had 3 employees. I have this very heavy concrete dinning table. And sure enough my table got dropped in the pod. I didn't know the damage until 2 weeks later when it was unpacked. My table that is a restoration hardware brand new table got chipped. These movers did not wrap anything. They put a blanket over and under. I have moved several times in Las Vegas. And used different movers. If you are thinking of using them. Please do not. When I called the owner to tell him the most important piece of furniture that I have got chipped .. his response was what do you want me to do about it. Wow.. And he knew that from our 1st time meeting that I was worried about this table. You would think he would have made sure and had more than 2 guys there. This company arrived several hours late and with only a partial crew. One of the late arrival helpers had to leave half way through loading. We were quoted four hours and in the end has to pay an additional $700 due to their extended loading time. They quite before the truck was loaded and told me I could finish myself because they were tired. Every single piece of our furniture had damage upon arrival at our destination. Several pieces damaged beyond repair. We are out several thousands now to replace a dresser, bookshelves and tv cabinets. Buyer beware! read more
