Most homeowners are concerned about the paint being scuffed or scratched floors, but these guys were so careful with everything! The best part, the value for work. They are so reasonably priced, it was a no brainer! I was pleased to learn they provide other services as well, and I definitely will be using them for fencing and other projects as they come up. Glad I went with them!

We hired R & L Home Solutions LLC for residential home improvement work in Knox County under a…read morewritten contract totaling approximately $15,000. The work was not completed as agreed, and the contractor ended work before the full scope was finished, requiring us to engage replacement services. During the project, property damage occurred, resulting in delays and additional repair work. Formal invoices were never provided. Despite multiple written requests, the company failed to supply itemized billing, receipts, proof of licensing, or other documentation relevant to the project. Payment demands continued while the account was in active dispute and before requested documentation was produced. Certified mail sent to the business's last known address was returned as undeliverable due to an expired forwarding order, and the company did not provide an updated service address despite repeated requests. Written requests for clarification and documentation were often unanswered or only partially addressed, and the explanations for claimed charges changed over time without supporting records. Based on our documented cost analysis, we have already paid more than the value of work completed. This review is shared to reflect our experience and to encourage others to carefully verify documentation, licensing, and billing practices before hiring.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Connie and her granddaughter, who she brought…read morealong to help, because they're nice ladies. I often leave 5 star reviews when someone does a great job, and rarely, if ever, leave a negative review. However, I'm still trying to clean excess grout sealer off the tile on our bathroom walls a year after they resealed our grout in March of 2023. The color does look better, but many of the grout lines bleed over onto the tile, resulting in a very sloppy-looking job. The worst part was, I had told Connie that I'd had the bathtub reglazed and needed to have the guy come back to fix a couple of small spots he missed. She told me to have him do that first because she didn't want him messing up her grout work, so I did. When Connie and her granddaughter came to seal the grout, her granddaughter so badly scarred and scratched the tub in multiple places, I've just had to pay $750 to have it completely redone. For the $650 I paid to Connie I feel our tile should have looked fabulous and the tub reglaze should have remained intact. She and her granddaughter only spent half a day on the job as they seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere. Our bathroom is small, but apparently it should have taken quite a bit longer than that.

Danik Hardwood Flooring was the last of a few different contractors we contacted to provide us with…read morean estimate for replacing carpet with hardwood on two staircases, and an upstairs bonus room and hallway. Their estimate was very competitive, but what set them apart was meeting them in person. Daniel and Aliona were very knowledgeable, professional and likeable. Throughout the job they were easy to contact, quick to reply, and showed up to the house like clockwork, every day, 6 days a week, for 3 weeks. Now here's what really impressed me- when it comes to contractors, I am very picky when it comes to the quality of the work. I am a pretty handy guy, and I wont settle for shoddy work or cut corners. I can honestly say that Daniel did the best work of anyone who has ever done work on any of my homes in 15 years. I can't find a flaw anywhere. He holds himself to a high standard, and as the job went along, if something wasn't quite right he would fix it himself before I even had a chance to mention it to him. Floors dont creak/squeak where they used to. New stairs are as solid as if they'd been carved from stone. Straightforward, honest, reliable, great communication, skilled and hard working. I can't say enough good things...Highly recommend!
