Definitely the most honest car salesmen/women I've met. I highly recommend! Some of the other reviews seem negative but in no way did I feel like I was being jerked around. I can't comment on the warranty because I have had my car for a week and have had no issues. I would imagine with the customer service I experienced though, that if I have any issues in the future they wouldn't have any problems working them out with me because like I said their customer service was very welcoming and understanding.

I stopped in one day and was interested in buying a car I had seen online, I had sent in documents for Pre-approval, Chris has already worked with Sheree in financing to get everything ready before I arrived, and we went for a drive, I liked it and we got to working on paperwork. Sheree made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely helpful. Later, on my way home I had an issue with the car, thankfully it has a warranty and I purchased an Extended Warranty, needless to say, Chris and Andrew worked lightning fast to get me assistance, get the car back to the shop and had it ready to go the next day. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're in the market, shopping Ben Bissett in Mercer, they were very professional, helpful, and courteous.

Although I was clearly driving a foreign car and completely not a potential customer, Ben himself spent at least 30 min with us, doing the best he could to diagnose and resolve our emergency. He got the dashboard to calm back down again and he correctly recommended the service we would need to have done. And he wouldn't take any payment for his time and assistance. We feel very lucky to have found him. He was incredibly helpful and kind (and correct!) If you need a truck, give Ben Bissett a try!!

They waited until the denial came through before contacting us and saying they still needed to order parts. We had asked them to be ordered regardless as we were confident that it would have gone through warranty per conversations we had with the selling dealership. No one contacted us to give updates and we have had to call in to get any answer. The last response was "we have to fit you in between appointments." Then why even bother having an appointment? We were never offered a loaner, never given a true timeline and still are being brushed off. We are fortunate enough to have two cars and people to help with rides. I don't know what we would have done if they weren't available to us. Now they "ran into issues" even though we were assured they could handle the work! Also, Jason Higbee doesn't answer either! I would tow my Jeep back to Texas before ever setting foot in this place again. Sadly, I have no idea when I'll get it back anyhow!
