While I understand technicians have assigned stations and that it isn't always possible, our entire group was spread throughout the salon, so none of us were able to enjoy the experience together. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the quality of my service. My technician seemed to rush through my nails, paid very little attention to detail, and barely spoke to me during the appointment. After I got home, I noticed one side of a nail was uneven and had to file it myself. There was also quite a bit of acrylic left underneath several of my nails that I had to clean up on my own. I wish I had taken a closer look before leaving, but my technician disappeared immediately after finishing, and I didn't really have the opportunity to inspect everything. Overall, I left feeling like customer experience wasn't much of a priority. It was disappointing, especially for a special occasion like a pre-wedding appointment. I can't speak for the rest of my group, but based on my experience, I don't think I'll be returning.
