We…read morepicked the lights out for the front porch from the display and the woman brought ours out from the back. We go home, go to put them up and they don't match. We called the store and the woman said they didn't have any more in stock, she'd have to order them, and it'd be in in 3 days. 3 days come and go so we call the store. She tells us they are lost on a truck but would be coming in. If we would have known it would take this long. we would have bought elsewhere. Onto the motion light- We ask a guy in the store for advice on an outdoor motion light and explain that we are going to mount it flat on the siding just above the garage door. He picks one out and even shows us that it's mounted this way on the box. We buy it, run the wiring and mount it. Within a week, we notice condensation in the sensor and then it stops working a few days later because it's full of water. Now we have to take this light down and remove caulking that we sealed it with. We take it back to the store and the woman says "yeah, I see it shows it mounted like that on the box. I really don't know because we don't sell a lot of these". She then opens the box and starts reading the manual and finds you aren't supposed to hang this light flush to the siding. She tries to blame it on us even though the picture is on the box is like that and the guy picked it out for us. We didn't read every detail because we know how to hang a light. Finally she agrees to give us our money back but because we paid cash we have to wait for a check in the mail. I understand that it's their policy but it's ridiculous. I paid cash so I should get my cash back on the spot. It's not like I paid by check and they have to make sure the check clears. So now they have the light and my money until I hopefully get my check in the mail within 10 days.

He even fixed a few other odds and ends while he worked. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional! Whenever the main issue turned out to be on the power company's side, he stayed with me to make sure the power company knew what was wrong when I called...which turned out to be an hour long hold! We filed a troubleshooting ticket and this evening the power company showed up and finally fixed the problem! I will be contacting Tygart Electric in the future for any electrical issues!!!
